So here we go. I hope this review helps customers make the right decision. I believe service comprises of two things, quality and courtesy. In this review I want to describe my last night's dine in experience. I ordered paneer tikka wrap over the phone and upon reaching the restaurant, requested for a table to dine in. I was served water in plastic cups (disposable) and was told that my food will be out shortly. Upon arrival my wraps were cold and I advised the server about the issue. He literally picked one of the wraps up and walked away with it. They left everything else on the table as it is. After 10 minutes the server reappeared with 2 wraps in his hand (they are covered in aluminum foil but still in his hands). He tried to restock our old plates with wraps but he noticed that old wraps were still there, he decided to go back and put 2 wraps in a single plate for 2 of us to share. See the problem is that initial wraps came with a certain decor and salad etc. but the new ones were so badly presented and placed that it felt like we were supposed to eat them out of a common plate (I am serious). My second friend was lucky to get his own plate but again with bad presentation. Eating out is a sacred experience and may be I have been spoiled by some really nice restaurants that care about their customers but this experience was by far one of the worst. It's my obligation to discuss some of the good aspects of my interaction with the restaurant staff. I gave this place 2 stars and that is because one of the servers actually asked me after receiving new wraps, if they were ok. I didn't want to create a fuss about the garnishments, presentation and courtesy in general at that point. So I just said that they were fine. Upon payment a girl (with pierced nose) asked me if everything was ok and at that point I did tell her about my concerns. She was super nice and the extra star is for her and the server.
Food quality: not well prepared, tasted a little raw and cold. Service: Horrible
Verdict: Please if you care about peer reviews, avoid this place and find another one. Sorry, I can't suggest any because I seldom eat at Indian restaurants.
If the restaurant owner reads this review, I hope that instead of making an excuse, they try to resolve their service issues and give a pat on the back to this girl behind the counter. If they don't respond, readers should make their own judgement about how much the owners cares about their customer's feedback...

But this month i have bad experience, I visited this place regularly for couple of days to buy sweets & food because i have marriage party at home. The last visit i have on 19th of August near around 9:30 am. After getting my sweets the old lady bill my stuff. She told that my bill is 80.30$. I just tapped my master card , the lady don’t ask about about any tip even I don’t give any tip on that time. But when i see my bill at home the tip of 7.30 $ was included. That’s totally fraud. I can’t believe they doing this. And when i talk to the manager about this issue on call. First they told they don’t even have option of tip on there take out paying machine, that option is only for dine in machine. I visited the place yesterday and talk to guy at cashier place he is like there machine is not working good. It happen some time. But how ??? It can happen if tip option is not selected and tip amount is not filled. Secondly if they know there machine not good why they are not changing there paying machine?? Management should keep eye on there employees. I can’t believe that May be that was done before also because most of the time I don’t even take my receipts after paying. That’s fraud I am not visiting this place anymore 🚫 People visiting here should double check...

We used to buy food at this restaurant several times a month, however one cashier yelled at my family member, causing her great embarrassment over a request she made while picking up our take out. On another occasion, my husband’s colleague went to pick up food for staff from brampton civic hospital. She requested enough plates and cutlery for everyone eating but she was only provided with 3 plates. When she asked for more, this same staff member who yelled at my family member informed her that there were no more plates...however this individual saw someone working behind the counter bring in extra plates while she was paying for the food. She felt that the cashier was very rude to her.
