Xpress Pizza House — Restaurant in Brampton

There's this woman who wears lots of make up (not sure the name, and is the reason of the 2 stars, would have been 4 or even 5) does not know how to talk to people. She argues, yells, and talks down on people. Through phone and in person she does not know how to talk to customers as she is extremely rude. She does not know how to deal with people AT ALL. Rolling her eyes and always saying the customer is wrong. Her attitude and overall way of talking is disrespectful.I have never met someone that argumentative and incapable of resolving problems. We've been ordering from them ever since they have opened but have reduced and almost stopped ordering from here now because of this woman. There have so many incidents that have happened with her between me, my friends, and some family. She shouldn't be working there, otherwise this place could easily 5 stars. There's another girl in the front who takes most orders, she's kind.

We have only tried their pizza and we personally like it. It has lots of veggies which we enjoy and the PERFECT amount of sauce. The place has a bench for waiting orders which is great and a bell in case no one comes to answer you (which rarely occurs, someone often comes). It's not often that I share reviews but I must say that this place and the people who run it were truly noteworthy. From the moment we called, we were met with a friendly man who took our order with great accuracy and care – he asked about every little detail to help us make a truly personalized order.

When we decided to dine in, they offered to switch our pizza to a tray rather than in a box so it would be easier to eat. They also let us play our own music on their speaker, and set the table for us, checked in on us, and really made it feel like home. In Urdu there's a word "dawaat" which means "feast/gathering" where you invite guests over and enjoy food. My sister commented that eating here felt like we were being treated like guests at a home – truly exemplary!

For an ordinary looking pizza place, this was luxury-level care and oh, I must comment on the pizza: It was SPECTACULAR. Perfectly baked and so many great flavours.
