I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with the customer service and lack of attention to allergy issues that I recently encountered at this restaurant. My dining experience was marred by the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff, coupled with a blatant disregard for the importance of customer safety and well-being.
Upon arrival at the restaurant, my party and I made it clear to the server that we had specific food allergies that needed to be taken into consideration. Unfortunately, despite this clear communication, our concerns were completely ignored. Not only did the staff fail to accommodate our dietary restrictions, but they also exhibited a dismissive and apathetic attitude towards our requests.
To our dismay, when our food was served, it became evident that no precautions had been taken to prevent cross-contamination or ensure the absence of allergens. We discovered that the dishes contained ingredients to which we had explicitly stated allergies. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for our safety was not only unacceptable but also potentially dangerous.
What was most disheartening was the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff members when we brought these issues to their attention. Instead of showing empathy and understanding, they displayed a shocking lack of customer service skills. They were dismissive, unapologetic, and even went as far as questioning the severity of our allergies. Such behavior is not only disrespectful but also creates an unwelcoming and hostile environment for patrons.
As a customer, I believe that it is the responsibility of any establishment, especially in the food industry, to prioritize the health and safety of their guests. The lack of attention to our allergy concerns and the subsequent poor handling of the situation left a lasting negative impression on our entire dining experience.

I strongly advise against using this tiffin service or dining at this place. The food is absolutely unhygienic, not fresh, and can make you sick. They reheat leftover vegetables and curries from the previous day and serve it as if it’s freshly prepared. I know someone who works in the kitchen and confirmed that this is a regular practice. I signed up for their tiffin service as I live alone and don’t always have time to cook. But after just two days of eating their food, I felt unwell. The curries were full of spices to cover up the stale taste, and everything tasted old and unhealthy. When I asked for a refund of the ₹250 I paid, they rudely refused. The staff was completely unprofessional and clearly aware of the poor quality they serve — which is probably why they won’t return the money. Finally Indian Sweet House & Restaurant / Ish Tiffin Service delivery driver drove the car over the Boulevard Grass again when delivering the food and was caught live when spoiling the boulevard grass on 2023-12-29 around 7:15 am. This time the incident is reported to Peel Police as P230416255 dated 2023-12-29 for damaging the boulevard grass.
The Indian Sweet House & Restaurant / Ish Tiffin Service management does not pick up the calls or properly handle the issue. They have a DO NOT CARE and RECKLESS attitude towards the damages or the incident.
To further heights, they abruptly stopped the food delivery and stopped answering phone calls. The friend had paid them the tiffin money of $200 for the whole month and also not returned the remaining money as they provided tiffin service only for around 10 days or so. Why do they want to play with other's hard-earned money? If they want money, they can beg the public to provide charity to fund their business.
