I ordered drive thru - Egg & Cheese in Croissant & asked them to Grill it. In return to that she said me something which was not clear to hear, I asked them pardon me, she said would you like to make it combo with veggies, I said no thanks.
As I Made it to window and paid, they were is so rush & said Thankyou have a nice day twice before handing me the food. When they gave me package, I just realised it isn’t warm. I asked the lady why you didn’t do that? She answered we are not supposed to do that. I was like what? You should have told me the same. In my extreme politeness, I gave the food back to them and said I will drive back again & would order something, since I already paid you can adjust & I can manage the difference too if any. Meanwhile a lady from back (her teeth were up & down, I am writing this as I am not sure if other lady gave me her name right) She yelled at me & said there are 5 of us listening you didn’t say anything like grilling it is what it is, gave me very ugly facial expressions & ran away This made me loose my anger, I asked multiple times to bring her in front again & tell me her name. Then all the ladies with name tags on went & a lady without any name tag on her said her name is Rajveer/Rajdeep. When I said you guys need to learn some basic customer service skills, & these uneducated students are spoiling image of Tim Hortons. She said to me in return “J TUHANU JADA PROBLEM AA TUC NA AAYA KRO SADI LOCATION TE/ IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM YOU SHOULD NOT COME TO THIS TIM HORTONS AS WE ARE LIKE THIS ONLY”
Meanwhile another lady came & gave me same sandwich grilled. Literally they then grilled it which they said they are not supposed too.
I am an Indian (came as international student) & I feel so happy with the decision of Starbucks for not hiring more brown skin, students or freshers as they don’t want to loose their customers and lower their prestige with such kind of illiterate staff members.
Should highly recommend owner to have a serious look into this matter. People reading, one small step always leads you to big ways. Even if one customer reading this, boycott this location would make...
Read moreI have lived in the area for two years now and this has been my go to Tim’s. However, in the beginning of 2025 the quality of service has greatly diminished. Today was the third time in the past month I stop by and they have NO food other than donuts, cookies, muffins and bagels.
Before today I had stopped in the morning and evening and both times they did not have food other than what’s mentioned above. The time I went in the morning they said they were just opening the store and had no food ready. The time I went in the evening they said that they had no food because they were closing soon, and today I sent at 12:30pm looking to buy lunch and they had NOTHING and they said they were just opening the store. Really you are opening the store at noon?!?!?
Essentially, all excuses! I don’t know if there’s been a change in ownership, change in management or change in work force but the service absolutely sucks. They rush you as you order at the drive thru and many times they either don’t get your order right, they charge you for items you didn’t ask for or your order is missing items you did order. As of late they have no food no matter what time of the day.
They also have food items listed in their drive thru menu which they don’t sell at the location at all, so why are you listing items you don’t sell. It’s a waste of time for both the customer and the employee.
The management/ownership needs to hire competent staff because this place simply sucks now. Not going back in at least three months in the hope they improve...
Read moreToday at 9:30 pm we visited Tim Hortons with my friends—a group of four girls and one boy. Our experience at the cashier was beyond disappointing. Not only did they struggle to get our order right, but when we kindly corrected them, instead of apologizing or rectifying the mistake, they began backbiting. The level of unprofessionalism was astounding.
To add insult to injury, the customer service we received was nothing short of disrespectful. We were blatantly asked to leave, with the staff making it abundantly clear that they didn't appreciate our presence. Being told that they don't like when "our kind" orders is not only discriminatory but downright unacceptable.
It's appalling to see such behavior in any establishment, let alone a well-known chain like Tim Hortons. As paying customers, we deserve respect and proper service, neither of which we received during our visit. This experience has left a sour taste in our mouths, and we will certainly not be returning to this location.
I urge Tim Hortons management to address the appalling behavior of their staff and to ensure that all customers are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve. Discrimination and rudeness have no place in any establishment, and it's high time this issue is addressed seriously.
P. S: one was cashier and other was night Supervisor who were rude,
Moreover one girl was very innocent she served very well by looks...
