Grabb-a-Pizza — Restaurant in Brampton

I order pizza from them all the time. However my last order I asked for half cheese and half pepperoni upon pickup I saw they gave me all pepperoni- I informed them of their error but instead of speaking to me nicely and correcting my order, the man that made the pizza started to raise his voice at me and threatening me saying he’s not taking it back nor will they give me a refund. Mind you I never once raised my voice or spoke rudely- but he felt the need to shout at me when I kindly only informed them of the error and asked for my order to be corrected -they refused- I asked for a refund and they refused that as well and raising their voice and threatening to call security. Horrible customer service- especially to a loyal customer that’s been ordering for years. Definitely have lost my business. Save yourself the trouble if you value...

Hand’s down the best pizza restaurant I’ve yet to find in the greater Toronto area, and light years beyond anything I’ve tried in Brampton & Mississauga. G.A.P offers by far the most impressive lineup of pizzas I’ve witnessed. On a given Friday night expect to find at least seven or eight different pizzas fresh from the oven to sample. None of the standard meat lover’s or Hawaiian varieties either, each pizza offered is totally unique with high quality toppings and ingenious combinations. The owner is extremely helpful, and the restaurant offers 10 star customer service. Staff is unbelievably friendly, and prices are very affordable considering how much they exceed quality expectations compared to "TRIPLE A" pizza restaurants...

I went to grabba pizza today. I had such an amazing experience today. I walked in and the feeling that instantly hit me was amazing. The aroma of grabba pizza made me so wet, but wait it doesn’t even stop there. I got the honey bbq wings and that was wetter than me! The amount of flavourful sauce on the juicy tender fresh chicken wings made me want to have sexual intercourse with it, mind my language hehe. Anyways the staff gave me the food in a timely manner that is expected for the food I got and they were super nice and told me exactly what to get as it was my first time here.
