Church’s Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Brampton

Got coupons in the mail for this branch only so I decided to try out this new location. First off they either didn't hear I wanted to add fries to the order or they forgot them. They did add the 2 biscuits I asked for but if the fries weren't charged to me then that means each biscuit cost $2 each with tax.

But the greatest injustice was the meat in the chicken sandwich. The ads shows a nice full real fried chicken piece between the buns. What I got were those patties of cheap breaded fake chicken with a sliver of lettuce. I even went to Church's site to see if maybe there's a cheap patty chicken sandwich option that I accidentally ordered. Nope all sandwiches on the site showed real fried chicken. My theory is they ran out of real chicken so they bought breaded chicken patties. Never going back here again even if they gave me a free meal or money back. The construction traffic there makes it not worth driving for the compensation.

Only positive was the place looked clean. Church's Chicken is good just don't buy from Brampton. Try the ones in Mississauga, they are still honest...

Horrible service and they do not value customer service. My son went in and purchased a meal and paid via tap on the debit machine. Then when he got home we noticed an additional charge 1 minute later for the exact same amount. The double charged him or the Interac machine had an issue. When my son went back to the store they refused to give him a refund and said to contact the bank. They also wouldn't let him speak to a supervisor or store owner. I then went back with my son and the women that stated she was the supervisor there at that time refused to understand the issue and that it was their issue and since my son did go there pretty regularly and with the bank confirmation that it was Church's Chicken that showed up as a double charge they should have refunded the money. The so called supervisor wouldn't let me speak to someone higher than her and wouldn't provide me with the store owners contact information. This is not customer focused or any sort of customer service. Stay far away from this store as customers are not valued.

UPDATE: Lowering my rating because this place has unfortunately gone downhill like the other locations in the city. Went in to today. The place is now dirty, floors sticky, tables dirty, mosquitoes or fruit flies, the oil they cook with clearly has not been changed so it doesn't taste fresh at all, the ketchup packets in the bag were all sticky and unusable. The drink machine clearly hasn't been cleaned in ages. The fries were disgusting and chicken rubbery. It's sad because this place used to be excellent. Where is our food and safety protocols in this city?? I'm so glad this location opened up. The food and customer service is great here. The food is fresh and tastes great. Please maintain this quality of food and cleaniness, as the other location on Quarry Edge seems to have gone downhill and I don't want to see the same happen this location....
