Simran and Nav are extremely ignorant servers at this location. They have no concept of customer service skills. I ordered a large coffee and 10 Tim bits. I was handed my coffee in the drive through and was not handed tim bits. Nav handed me my coffee and ignorantly told me she handed me tim bits already and further accused me of wanting to steal. Simran then jumped in and said she handed them to me. I told them both you can clearly see into my vehicle, there is no tim bits. I also asked for these tim bits to be assorted without birthday cake flavour. She gives me all birthday cake and continues to tell me I already received the proper donuts. I asked simran for Nav name and she just laughed in my face. Nav turned around asked me what the f do I want and why Iām still here. Itās disgusting that your staff can speak to regular customers this way. I asked her for her name she told me and I left. She should not be speaking to customers with profanity or in this manner at all. There has never been a time where they get your order correct on the first try, and you always have to argue with their staff to get it right. They have no customer service skills at ALL. My friend was interested in applying for a job at the establishment, so we decided to visit the location nearest to us. Unfortunately, the behavior exhibited by some of the female employees left much to be desired.
Upon entering the restaurant, my friend approached one of the employees to inquire about any job vacancies. Instead of offering a polite response or directing her to someone who could assist, the employee responded rudely and began laughing at my friend. It was disheartening to witness such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior towards someone simply expressing their interest in joining the team.
In an attempt to address the situation, we requested to speak with the manager. However, we were met with further disappointment as the employees flat-out refused to summon the manager to discuss the incident.
