Excellent service and delicious drinks and food! I felt bad because we stopped in shortly before closing time for bubble tea and noticed they offered food. We hadn't had dinner and asked sheepishly if they still had any buns or takoyaki and, they were so nice and made takoyaki for us. We conversed about different flavours of bubble tea we wanted to try on our next visit and the guy at the counter even gave us a stamp card so that, after you buy 10 bubble tea drinks, you get a 10th one for free!

I got to experience the Takoyaki at the recent Taste of Brandon Festival. It was delicious and may be my new favourite thing. I will definitely be going to their store location and having it again. Edited to add: I finally got to try the bubble tea - Thai bubble tea, 50% sweet with tapioca. Where has this been all my life? The server was very patient explaining all the options to me and I enjoyed the experience very much.

Decent and good selection of drinks considering how difficult it is to source suppliers and this being Brandon. Staff are personable and helpful with their explanation & recommendation if you're new to the BBT scene. The takoyaki batter sometimes are a bit too thick but their steamed buns are delicious. The fruit tea series are refreshing. Add popping boba for a fun and tasty experience!

THEIR WINTERMELON FLAVOR IS SO DARN GOOD 😭 it's like the mcdo wintermelon milk tea back at the Philippines!! And knowing they are a Filipino owned business is Amazing because there are only a couple of Filipino businesses in brandon and I live in Neepawa (aka pinoy town) where half the people are Filipino is so heartwarming because you can sense the pride they make with these big chunky bubble tea!! Only complaint is that it takes so longggg to get the order like 17 mins for the order I got?? Maybe fix it by adding more employees but other than that super na amaze ako dyan. Next time I should try the Thai Tea, because it is my favorite...

I love the bubble tea here because I didn’t have to wait very long for it to come! There were lots of flavours to choose from, and there were also smoothies. My kids got to choose which ones they liked, and they also enjoyed it! Also like the fact that if you bring back your own cup, you get a discount! Way to keep the earth clean while keeping customers happy! The staff were very friendly and one even recommended a drink to my niece, who enjoyed it alot! My favorite is definitely the strawberry, because it tasted like strawberries, and it had a hint of tea....

Update: The last four teas I've had have been fantastic. They've got their hands on compostable plastic straws which is a HUGE upgrade. If they keep it consistent like this I couldn't be happier. One thing I wish is that they included more tapioca pearls by default.

Old Review I found my experience to be very dependent on the day and who is working. Some days it's perfect. Other days my tapioca pearls are squishy and not at all chewy. Also it's hard to pick a sugar level as each time it seems the flavor of the same tea is vastly different at the same sugar...
