The food was really good which I am giving 5 star. I am giving one star due to the receptionist. We ordered main course and asked will the soup come 1st. After waiting for 35 mins main course came and after 10 mins soup was served. We told the waitress the soup would have been served 15 min before the main menu. She apologized and it was over . When I was going to pay the receptionist asked how was everything and I told the food was really good but the customer service was not that great . I would not have even told or written a review like this about anything. Immediately she said it's customer responsibility if you need anything before.The fact is that they completely forgot about the soup and after asking they served it. I said it's basic sense to provide soup 10 min before the main course and it was told too. The funniest part is that the waitress apologized for what happened and everything was over. Still the receptionist is defending and giving lectures as a customer responsibility to order soup and tell you you need that 1st . I said it was my feedback as you asked. Mistakes happen and the waitress already apologized but still the receptionist wanted to defend and create a scene.
