Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Brandon

I went into the location to get the family some drinks and Timbits for the drive back to Calgary yesterday. I walked in a stood for a few minutes without a single staff member saying hello (no one else was waiting in line). Some blonde gal with glasses as sweeping up behind the counter and looked up and saw me. She put her broom down, walked over and asked what I wanted (in a very unwelcoming manner), took my order and proceeded to get my 6yr olds Timbits WITHOUT washing her hands. She was pouring my coffee when I let her now that I had a done lid in my hand for my coffee and she aggressively grabbed it out of my hand put it on the code and pretty much dropped the drink tray on the counter spilling some of my coffee and walked away.

We went to this location a dozen or so times on our 2 week visit (sometimes twice a day) and this last visit was absolutely disgusting with this staff member not washing her hands and then handling customer food. We threw the...

Came through the drive thru today (Nov 12, 2022) ordered 3 coffees, asked for sleeves and did state I did not need a tray. Was told through the speaker that sleeves are discontinued, so I asked for double cups.

When I got to the window, my drinks were in a tray, which I specifically said no tray. Cups had no sleeves or double cups, so I asked for double cups. The employee serving me turned to her coworker and they gave me a look and started laughing.

This is an unacceptable way to treat customers, not to mention laughing in my face. I am utterly disappointed in the service I received today.

I would love to see the employees of this location take sensitivity training, as folks may ask for sleeves or double cups due to disabilities or due to issues relating to holding beverages that are a bit too warm.

I came in their drive through at 11 PM today and ordered a simple Iced Latte w/ oatmilk. The person at the window was an older lady and she came to me three times to ask about what drink I wanted. I watched her make it wrong those three times (with steaming milk to put in an iced drink) and when she came to me again for the third time, she told me that they do not have cold brew. I clarified again that I just needed an Iced latte with oatmilk so I do not need cold brew. She the proceeded to call her co-worker saying that she needs help and that "she does not know what language" I am speaking.
