I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your establishment.
I placed an order for a Halal pizza with chicken, pepper, onion, and mushroom, specifically mentioning not to include pepperoni due to Halal dietary restrictions. However, despite my clear instructions, I was given a pizza that contained pepperoni, which I only realized after I reached home and started eating.
Upon calling your customer service, I was assured that my pizza would be replaced. However, when I returned to the store, I was immediately handed another pizza without any apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. Due to this breach of trust, I declined the replacement and requested a refund. While the worker did refund my money, I was shocked when he told me "DON’T COME HERE AGAIN."
This experience raises serious concerns:
Lack of care for dietary restrictions – I clearly mentioned Halal requirements, yet I was served a non-Halal pizza, which is unacceptable.
Suspiciously fast order fulfillment – I was initially told my order would take 10 minutes, yet my pizza was handed to me in just 2 minutes, suggesting it may have been a previously canceled order rather than freshly prepared.
Unprofessional behavior – Instead of apologizing for the mistake, your staff told me not to return, which is completely unacceptable...
Read moreMy partner may have posted this as well but I don't care. The call centre is terrible... They are never able to answer my questions about their products and aren't very friendly or helpful. On top of my multiple subpar interactions with the call centre we recently were sent the wrong pizza for one of our orders so we called and they told us they would give us a replacement in the future for free - all we had to do was call on the same number - great! Fast forward to today, we try to order that free pizza and we are informed that there is no record of the mistake or the free pizza and they were not going to connect us to the store or help us in any way get this figured out... So now I feel like I got scammed, lied to so the issue could be resolved fast.
Rated 2 stars instead of 1 because the people working at this location have always been nice, but since the call centre remains the only way to communicate with the store (other than driving across town to the physical location) then my rating will have to stay at 2, because the call centre represents a large chunk of the customer experience for this location. Read moreWe hosted a birthday event for about 60 people at a local service club, and decided on ordering from Pizza Hotline in Brandon. We took advantage of their 4XL Party Pack offer (actually ended up with 12 XL pizzas between a couple of orders). I cannot imagine receiving better service, nor could our guests have been happier with the quality of the pies. (can we still call them that… lol).
The pizzas were delivered to the club on time, at the time we requested… were all still hot… the crusts were chewy and flavorful (we chose regular)… the toppings ample and well distributed… the cheese tasty… cut in squares as requested (better for a large crowd, so everyone can try different combos)… and the value was superb.
We got a little adventurous with a few of the two topping combinations, and I think a few of our guests found new favorites, like chicken and sun-dried tomato or shrimp and mushroom.
I would not hesitate to again trust Pizza Hotline with a large group order in the future… everyone enjoyed every bite, and you can’t ask for better than that. Thanks to the hard-working cooks and...
