Gondola Pizza — Restaurant in Brandon

Brandon Gondolas pizza is a complete joke. Ordered bread sticks from them. They were burnt and could not be eaten. Called in and was told they would give me and boys new order next time in town. My son ordered an xl aloha pizza, he gets home opens it up to see no pineapple on it. Once again we call in and tell them. We get told we can get a large Aloha not the xl that we order, my son agrees. Tonight November 25 we call in yo get our breadsticks and pizza. We get everything home and the bread sticks are burnt again and the pizza has enough oil dripping off it that we could change the oil in my vehicle. My son calls in and says the bread sticks are burnt and can not be eaten. The rude person o the other end tells my son that the sticks are a little darker brown then the pizza crust and we are the only one complaining. I don't normally give out poor reviews but this last experience was pretty brutal. I've ordered from them multiple times and they have consistently made small mistakes. Whether it be missing order specifications, delivering to wrong address or just wrong pizza. Which is fine normally as people make mistakes and the pizza is tasty enough. This time the pizza arrived 2 hours after I ordered it and when it arrived it was the wrong pizza. When I spoke to the delivery driver they told me I didn't answer my door which was not true as I was on my front porch the whole time. They offered me a credit for a pizza but I don't even want it. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. I put this review out there in hopes someone from the restaurant sees this and takes the necessary actions to improve their service. Pretty disappointed with the experience I had from this location. I've always had great service and great food in Winnipeg, so I trusted the name, even though everyone is telling me to try out red swan pizza, I decided to go ahead with gondola. I asked for pepperoni, extra cheese, extra sauce, and that's what I got. No extra sauce sometimes not even cut right. When I contacted them to tell him the issue, I just assumed that they would make up another one. Apologize and I would come by and pick up the pizza. Nope. She started arguing with me on the phone and told me that they had put extra sauce on it, and I told him they didn't, then she was trying to blame other staff for not listening to the order, and in the end they were just going to give me a credit.
