Terrible customer service by manager, staff was really busy, waited for 25minutes and they messed up on my order, which is understandable during rush hours, however when I called to inform them, they responded saying they are gona call back in 2 minutes, cutting it to another 25 minutes we called back to say don’t worry about it, since we are hungry, however they didn’t receive it, they called back later and I tried to explain how the order was wrong, the manager straight away called me a liar saying he checked cameras and the order was made right and hung up on us. I had to go back to restaurant again just to justify our side, but to my no suprise as other comments, he was rude, not ready to hear us. He offered making a free pizza as if he is boasting a favour, which ofcourse we didn’t take. Very disappointed, never coming back!! Would...

My biggest complaint with this chain is that there is never enough sesame seeds on the crust, no matter where you order from. Big disappointment. If you're gonna advertise different crust, at least make it notable across locations.

My other complaint is not enough MEAT. I ordered a medium "beef taco" and it was LOADED with veggies but could barely taste anything else. It's great to have lots of crisp veggies but I wanted meat and it just tasted like a vegetarian pizza.

That being said, size for price was great-ish and the cookies n' cream cake was awesome and customer service was friendly. I don't know if I'll be back but if I will it'll include...

Had an issue with my original order. The manager Ash called me more than once and he was very apologetic for everything. He totally went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I was satisfied. He made up a huge order for me for free of charge with lots of extras. The pizza and wings were absolutely great. Great cheesey bread, funnel cakes, and cheese cake too. The fact that he went out of his way to call me multiple times and took the time to talk to me face to face and apologize really said a lot. Very good business and great food.
