Harvey's — Restaurant in Brandon

We wanted to look at menu, let the next person go ahead, 6 people standing around including a plaid shirt and the guy with the head set, 8 people behind us when they decided to open second till.. 8 min ordered a original burger double with bacon no cheese, this took a 3 person confrence to solve Finally told its ready, they ask what we want, said tomatoes given 1 paper thin slice, asked for more, you would have though i had asked for gold plating asked for onions got 3x 1/4 onion string. He asked if I wanted a sauce ,,..bbg. I said very lite He burried the pattie. Told him less, he looked at me like he didnt understand english, he scraped off half Again told him less. Well if looks could kill... gave up and wanted to cancel order at this point, wife says give them a chance.. He looked at the bill and saw a salad was ordered, he finally found it under the heat lamps. Asked what she wanted added . All she saw was corn had to ask 3 times for that, as the salad was so small she had to ask for more lettuce. He didn't know what to do... topping selection very poor. . Then I asked for vinegar for onion rings, he said over there.. maybe.. there was none.. Burger.. cold dry taste Less onion rings soggy cold ate two, garbaged the rest, no loss as The portion was microscopic Salad .. the chicken portion was tiny. The lettuce old and shredded to death Signs up all over STACK IT UP... I guess they mean the bill as it is not the food. NO ONE asked about the food, no one around to complain to unless you want to wait in line, AGAIN.. TOO bad you cant give less than 1 star, phoned. in complaint, and used survey, both say do you want us to contact you... they don't...

Ordered delivery through skip the dishes and while I understand that it's a separate delivery company and that affects times, the food was cold when it arrived. The fries were ice cold and a little stale, the burgers had a pink tinge to them and gave immediate stomach issues afterwards, which is disappointing because we usually love Harvey's burgers. The part that saddened me most was that when I called Harvey's to let them know about the burgers and maybe coming them just a bit more so people don't get food poisoning, the lady with whom I spoke spent a good 10 minutes making excuses about how skip the dishes is a separate company and it affects times because that's their window and they may have other orders to deliver also, before finally saying that there are no temperature regulators so they use griddles and check the temperature of the burgers. I understand that this may be the way things are set to be done by the book but my burgers are pink and causing stomach issues and I'm just glad my picky toddler didn't end up eating any of it. Hopefully if we try it again in store it'll be better. Don't do...

This is the worst harveys I have ever been too. Ive have tried this place 3 times now just to give it a chance but it has not improved. The first time i went there i ordered a buffalo chicken sandwhich and the guy at the counter tried to serve me this mashed up soggy chicken on a bun and when i asked if its normally like that he said no the kitchen thought it was for a wrap so they decided instead of making me a new one they would just throw it on a bun and call it okay hoping i wouldnt notice. They did make me a new one at the end of all of this but i had to wait the extra time. Then the second time i went there i ordeded a burger, poutine and a shake to go. When i got my order they handed me a orange slushie a half cold poutine and a mediocore burger. When i went to eat my poutine at work i realized they didnt even give me a fork! 3rd time i went there i ordered a buffalo chicken poutine and it had no buffalo sauce on it and the chicken tasted either frezzer burnt or bad deep fryer oil. Can not say i would reccomend this harveys location. Which is unfortunate because the winnipeg location...
