On the night of Sunday December 17th at 7:49pm lots of employees were standing around, while customers were waiting for their food, the one senior man who was working in the front was trying to get his staff to help him, but those women were just visiting each other and hugging instead of getting customers food quickly, I was waiting almost 20 minutes for a mcdouble and a junior chicken, 20 MINUTES FOR TWO SMALL BURGERS. the only employee that was working up front was that nice senior man, he deserves a raise for doing everything himself. And shame on the ones standing around talking to each other, some of them were done their shift, they shouldn't be behind the counter if they aren't working, because me and some other customers were waiting awhile for our orders. After waiting 20 minutes in the parking lot AFTER I paid for my order, I finally went inside to see about my order which STILL wasn’t ready to go. Once it was given to me and I got back out to my vehicle, I realized the fries were stone cold; great. I figured I’d deal with it as I was hungry, then once I got home I realized that two of my burgers were made completely wrong.
Truthfully, I shouldn’t have been surprised after I watched a person who I assume was the manager attempt to give a customer an already obviously melted and dripping ice cream, then wait for the customer to acknowledge what was wrong with that picture and request a new one.

I just placed my order and when they ask me what i had i then paid for it once i got to the second window they handed me a bag and a medium coffee. I immediately realized that the coffee was wrong i check the bag only to see more wrong items . I hand it back to the person at the drive thru and they ask what is wrong. Even after i show them the receipt they have to have a lengthy discussion about if i should get what i ordered. Looking at me as if me and my receipt are lying.
