Mary Brown's Chicken — Restaurant in Brantford

We were last there July 22 and ordered 2 sandwich combos among other things at the drive thru. The girl at the window, Sneha was very nice and helpful. We appreciated her service for our large order.

When my husband went to eat his big mary sandwich he noticed a spot on the bun was a little fuzzy and green to which he brought to my attention. I looked at it and agreed that it looked like mold, I checked my sandwich and it was fine so I took his back inside and showed the staff behind the counter. She apologized for it and said they would make a new one. She went to the kitchen area, I guess showed the other staff members and then returned. She tried to tell me that it was a mark from the pickle sitting on top. I wasn't born yesterday. The pickle is moist and would not have left something of that texture and colour. It almost seemed she didn't believe me. I was thoroughly disappointed by how dismissive she was. Even if she didn't believe me, should could just apologized with a smile and rectified the situation.

Furthermore, I find this location never gives the dipping sauces with the chicken poppins. We have been left without sauces on many occasions.

We come to this location often and have always interacted with helpful and friendly staff members. I urge management to train staff to be more aware and courteous in special situations like this. It's a health and safety issue and should not be taken lightly. I approached the staff member kindly and asked in a polite manner. I would expect the same in return, not for my concern to be dismissed.

The food is always good here, our orders have been consistent. I would continue to return in the event that management looks into...

Best sandwiches in Ontario hands down!

This was my comment prior to March 22nd at 8:02 pm when I ordered 10 spicy Mary's with extra sauce. I got home and realized they were all mild. I called the restaurant and told them about what happened. I also explained that by the time I get back to the restaurant they would be closed, because they close at 9 pm. He said dont worry about bringing it back and come back the next day they would remake my order correctly. I show up the next day after work and I was told the guy I spoke to is just a cook and not a manager. And hes not authorized to say that. The guy specifically said things like I can only offer you 2, 3 or 4 sandwiches. And how today it's more expensive so he has to take that into account. And said he was somehow there on the headset and overheard me ordering regular sandwiches. Ive been ordering the same thing every Monday since I moved to brantford in June of last year. Somehow, magically, he heard me say something else. I refused the "2, 3 or 4 sandwiches" that he said he could offer me. I just said dont worry about it. I don't want free food. Apparently this "manager" doesnt understand basic principles and correcting ones mistakes.

To the owner of this establishment, I would advise you to employ those who can speak English clearly and communicate effectively with patrons. Because this is canada and we speak english and french here. And we dont blame others for our own shortcomings. We own up to them. This will be my last time here. I rather drive to the ancaster Mary Browns...

Seriously Sh*t. I ordered through Skip The Dishes. They forgot half my order, My chicken tenders were the same size as the kids tenders, and I ordered 3. My third tender was just a small chunk attached to my second tender. They couldn't find the time to add my sauces, my kids Apple juice, and put way too much mayo on the sandwich I bought. If I wanted that much mayo, I'd eat straight out of the jar. The only good thing was the delivery from the courier. When I called and complained, the woman told me she packed everything herself, and put everything in there. Obviously she did Not, or it would have been in my food order. After a 12 minute struggle with her and the manger about if they could send the rest of the food, they said they couldn't as they have no delivery service, and the boss is in China, so they kept telling me they would let me pick up the rest of my food next time I was down there. I refused, as I don't wish to suffer such bad service again. I understand things get busy, and being a waitress can be hard, but when it's written down on a slip, you follow instructions. I'm just happy they promised me a full refund. We shall see. To make matters worse however, after consuming this food since I didn't have to bring it back, my family got sick within an hour. Chicken is meant to be cooked all the way through, and the fries shouldn't taste as though they were tossed in the fryer at the same time as the chicken. Never ordering from...
