I am furious beyond words. I ordered a McVeggie because I do not eat meat. My religion strictly forbids it. Instead, I was given a McChicken. I only realized after taking ONE bite—and that one bite has now broken my religion. This isn’t just a mistake. This is a violation of my faith, my trust, and something I can never undo.
When I immediately raised the issue to the shift manager, she scolded the employees. And do you know what they did? They laughed. They laughed while being scolded, showing zero seriousness, zero accountability, and complete disrespect. My faith was just violated, and your employees found it amusing. That is humiliating, disgusting, and absolutely unacceptable.
And then your “solution” was to refund my order and give me another meal for free. Let me be crystal clear: that is not a solution. Do you think money back and another sandwich fixes the fact that you forced me to eat something against my religion? That “gesture” is an insult.
This is not just incompetence—it’s negligence and cruelty. Serving me chicken when I clearly ordered vegetarian is bad enough. But when your own employees laugh it off, it proves this store doesn’t take food safety, cultural respect, or customer trust seriously at all.
I want this matter handled at the corporate level—not buried by a local manager who thinks a refund closes the issue. I am considering legal action for this violation. If McDonald’s allows this kind of reckless and disrespectful behavior, then you should be ready to face lawsuits, media coverage, and a destroyed reputation.
I want answers. I want accountability. And I want to know exactly what steps McDonald’s is taking so no other customer has to go through what I went through. If this is ignored or downplayed, I will escalate...
Read moreTerrible service -- terrible experience: We've been there yesterday while on our way back home. We ordered through the automated kiosk. We split the order into two, and one of the machines was out of paper after paying. We went to the cashier and explained and she was very rude -- not even listening to us. I had to raise my voice, just to be listened; to explain what the concern is. She treated us with a lot of attitude and was even suggesting that we did want to claim food we didn't pay for. It was an awful and embarrassing situation -- we didn't know the manager was next to her too and was simple ignoring us (and the situation, in particular). After I showed them the credit card transactions on my phone they were convinced that the payments went through. Hey, guys at Mc's don't you have a way through your system(s) to verify this? or need to wait for a random person (like me) show you off his tech skills to "show" you how to do it? Not only this -- we asked to talk to the manager; and she was suggesting that since we were new to "automated kiosk system" we could not understand what is going on. We immediately told her we have ordered through these kiosks more than 50 times!... Well, still feeling frustrated, it took us 15 minutes of our precious (travelling) time to have the manager (falsely) apologize. Now, I am feeling proud and victorious, myself, of having gotten an "apology". I regret I did't stop by at wendys in the...

2 - drive thru - large order multiple bags, should I have pulled forward and reviewed all items before leaving?..probably…Short 1 fry, happy meal had a hamburger not nuggets inside…frustrating not the end of the world
3- yesterday, order online for breakfast…pick up curbside, came out quickly, looking in the bag..missing one of the 5 McMuffins..go thru the drive thru, it’s busy so it takes time I understand..explain the issue and I’m told I need to go inside?..I kindly refuse…I get the missing sandwich 20mins between my original order being handed to me..get home and it’s bacon not sausage and both coffees are wrong…Not to mention everything was cold and microwaving them wasn’t ideal…
