My homie robinson was just craving an ice capp. At 5 am, but who am I to judge. Dude was late to work because for 5 minutes nobody helped him out at the drive thru. He just sat there like he was in the hospital waiting for bad news. He wasn't satisfied. Now he's gonna take out all his anger on me at work, and I didn't do anything to deserve this. We used to be close friends, but when he gets upset, he turns into a drama queen.....
Updating my rating from a 1 to a 4 star for this establishment. I know, my initial review was a "1"after young Robinson was left to sit alone at the drive through, but the true secret to a relationship is persistence, commitment and consistency. Like all relationships, this one hit a rough patch at the beginning, but who was there every morning for me with my triple triple? YOU WERE. Sure, 78% of the time it wasn't stirred, so the top was sugarless and the bottom was basically cotton candy, but as I never got to the bottom, you saved me from potential onset of diabetes. Who was there when I was late for work and was in a rush? YOU WERE. Sure , sometimes the debit machine wouldn't work and I'd have to come in, but that saved me gas and quite frankly, was a pleasant source of exercise. Long story short, the people working here are actually , legit great people , doing their best to serve us on a day to day basis. Our coffee is not the end of the world, so let's treat these workers with more respect....
Read moreActually we had a long story, i been to drive thru with my friends and order dew coffees and there was no car in the drive thru, we waited almost 5-7 minutes where we gave the order and then when we went at window they didn’t open it for like 4-6 minutes in total we waited 10-12 minutes just to get couple of the coffees and when a guy name sarthik open the window and we said why it’s so long that guy answered back and said you want it or no we said we want he said come and get it inside, then we said we don’t want he refund us, which is totally false way of treating a customer, We been there to get coffee after work and again they refused to give us a coffee and then i said i wanna talk to Manager this is not fair and a tiny guy on till was taking order said manager is my brother you can’t do nothing and complain we will do what we want, later for no reason they called cops and say we was there to fight, Even they have cameras and they can check everything what happened, but they call cops and cops said not to trespass, which is totally unfair, I would really appreciate if owner of that store can set up a meeting with me or can talk on phone, i will also leave my phone number too to talk with owner, i don’t want these type of employees to ruin the name of tim Hortons.
