Little Caesars Brighton — Restaurant in Brighton

This store is slowly going downhill. Every time we go here, it gets worse in every aspect. The last time we ate here was a couple weeks ago, I called ahead for pick up as we were 20 min out and were in a hurry as we had somewhere to be. When we got to the store, there was a person in front of me who placed their order and got it right away. I then went up to the counter where I was greeted by a miserable young adult, who then preceded to tell me that they gave my order to the person that was in front of me. I was not very happy as I called ahead, I then had to wait an additional 25 min for my order..... while I was waiting the two young adults working were arguing and you could hear them in the back as they both seemed to be in a foul mood. When I finally got my pizzas and crazy bread and was able to go home, we were disappointed again. Our pizza was pretty much all crust, it was literally like 2 bites of actual pizza, waste of money and to top it all off, we ended up being late and were unable to eat with the family members we were supposed to. The only good thing I have to say is that on this particular day, their crazy bread was on point and perfect which is why they are getting 2 stars...

Called to order a medium pepperoni and two crazy breads. They say "ok, it will be about 10 minutes"

30 seconds later I get a call-back saying the order's ready for pickup, and that they close in ten minutes.

I get there five minutes later, and they give me the crazy bread with no pizza. And claim I never ordered pizza..? I definitely did, and the guy even read my order back to me before hanging up the first time. Definitely got the order.

I understand that it was ten minutes to close and that nobody wants to make a pizza ten minutes to close, but... tell me that? Don't just say it will be ready and then surprise me with no pizza at the door?

I ended up having to order pizza next door and wait another 20 minutes. I would have happily just ordered next door in the first place if I knew it was going to be an issue.

Again, I really do get that nobody wants to stay late to make a pizza. But just tell us that. Don't try to claim there was never an order. Gaslighting customers isn't great business practice imo.

All and all, this was a one time issue. I've have good, fast & friendly service every other time. Just bad circumstances...

I went in to get a takeout menu. The music was so loud I could barely hear the person behind the counter tell me they don't have menus. The said to check online. I did that and couldn't find prices or sizes of the pizzas. I called the store for help. The lady I spoke with said they only have medium sized pizzas. For pricing, I had to tell her what I wanted. She had to relay that info to a cashier who was able to relay the prices back to me. Way too complicated ! I purchased my large pizzas elsewhere that had a better Web presence.

December 2018 - went back to try one more time. Website still not the best, so I went in to get the bacon bacon pizza advertised on TV. Only took 8 minutes to cook. Service was friendly, store was clean. Pizza was quite greasy, but that's what happens when you get bacon on bacon. It was tasty and very filling. Might go back to try something else. Originally I gave 1 star - I have upped...
