Right from the moment we walked in and stood waiting for a server to seat us or greet us we knew this was going to be a horrible experience. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service skills. We were here for 20 minutes with no drinks still and a waitress who says she’s the owner with a giant attitude. We placed our drink orders and patiently waited for the server to bring us our drinks and watched our drinks sit on the counter while she went table to table cleaning up and chatting and serving drinks to the 5 other people in the restaurant. After a few minutes and I POLITELY asked if we could please get our drinks. When the “ owner “ came to the table with not even the drinks we asked , because ma’am we asked for 4 waters and you brought one .. she threw the coasters for our drinks at us and demanded I order right then. When my girlfriend asked if the “ owner “ was being rude to me the owner replied back I don’t know are you being rude. We weren’t being rude what so ever , we had kids to get from school so we couldn’t wait another half an hour just to be served drinks. We’re so disappointed as we really wanted to try this place out but with the experience we had we will NEVER be back and I’ll make sure I post our experience on every review platform I can. You CAN NOT treat people this way. If 5 people in a restaurant is too many people for you to handle please consider hiring more staff because how we were treated today and the response time to when we entered to when we ALMOST got our drinks was just totally unacceptable.
