The milk was heated to a nice temperature and did not overpower the matcha flavour. Is a great place to stop by for a quick drink or bite. The latte was made very quickly and there was no wait to be served.

I literally am excited every time I have a doctor appointment, just so I can eat here!

I don’t know what kind of magic is in her recipes but her sandwiches are hands down the best in the lower mainland. Her soups are also amazing and made fresh!

Not to mention, she always says hi so warmly even when I am just walking by the lobby and heading to the elevators of the building.

UPDATE: Sandwiches still does NOT disappoint, this lil secret cafe in the specialist building is such a hidden gem. And the Turkish coffee they serve is just chef's kiss will be visiting this spot EVERY time I visit this area!
