Take Five Café — Restaurant in British Columbia

Experienced really poor customer service yesterday. Was looking forward to have lunch at this cafe with a family member. Ordered coffee, soup and wraps. The coffee was cold and didn't seem fresh. We informed the lady at the counter that was making coffee. She argued but agreed to give another cup of coffee. However, when she dropped off the coffee at our table, she very rudely came up to my family member's ear and sternly said "By the way, we don't serve cold or old coffee here!" and then walked away. I was surprised at the anger in her voice. Perhaps she was just having a bad day but her cold and unapproachable nature definately won't be bringing us back here.

I was thinking of trying this place out as it’s very close to the new building I just moved in to but when I went to the Take Five Cafe’s website to see their menu what I found was absolutely horrid AI generated images for the items. Absolutely disgusted. Besides the ethics of using AI generated images for your business, they look just laughably terrible to boot and that’s an understatement. Couldn’t be bothered to take some pictures of your own products? Hire a photographer? Disgusting is the perfect word for this and I will absolutely not be giving my service to this business at any point while this remains on...

Hi. I was here yesterday morning to get a few drinks with my colleagues. Two of the drinks I ordered were with oat milk (1 London fog with oat milk and one latte with oat milk) and the rest were with regular milk. My London fog didn’t taste like it was with oat milk and neither did my colleagues latte. I understand that mistakes happen but what disappointed me was the fact that the barista said it was with oat milk when I asked her.
