McDonald's — Restaurant in British Columbia

Half way through ordering via the kiosk I was informed by another customer that the interac machine didn't work on said kiosk. There was no sign to warn me and the girl at the front counter did not warn me, or the customers who tried to use it after me, whom I had to inform. Not a huge deal, mildly annoying. However the junior chicken I recieved for lunch was dry and hard. With the consistency of beef jerky. As if it was in a hot tray all night. Apart from the digital counter being broken and no one cares, the system takes your money, spits out the shown message, and doesn't give you any order number. Asking anyone behind the counter, they just shrug and tell you they don't see your order in the system. It took 3 people for them to recognize the error. Then asking for 25c for a recycled, brown paper bag if you order more than a burger. This has nothing to do with any environmentally friendly...

Waited almost 10 minutes (approx 3:30)for someone to come to the counter to take my order. There were only 3 other customers in the place. Their service is usually much better. Ordered poutine and took it to the table. Tables were not clean. Food on tables and seats. Floors were dirty also. Curds were frozen.
