I have visited two times this location from Calgary and two times end up with disappointment. Each time what we order, we received different items. First time we said; it is ok mistakes can be made and didn’t return even the items we didn’t order. We kept them. No apologies, no any gentle gestures, nothing, they didn’t care even. If it was our fault we felt. Second tkme we visited again after. two months. We ordered clearly by repeating each order individually to the cashier in the front. There were 2 roast beef sandwiches with only beef, tomato and cheese. 1 regular with everything and two individual wraps. All the items were combo. We received cravabble sandwiches without cheese instead of Artisan roast beef. Mistakes can be made, I understand but staff was upset if it was our fault. When I brought sandwiches back to show the staff two sandwiches were little eaten by my in laws who are visiting us from Italy and they had no idea order was right or wrong they started having a bite then realized no cheese there. Also Cravables small sandwiches compare to roast beef and cheese. I thought cashier wrote correctly after so many checking on orders and we have been charged correctly for the sandwich which we didn’t receive so requested our order. In the end cashier put there cravables for us, we have no idea, manager accepted money returns and get the new payment of the correct sandwiches very unwillingly and asked me to give back to wrong sandwiches to her which two was eaten by older people who didn’t know anything and don’t understand any English. One regular one was unopened. Manager took any throw it in the trash. What a poor management! As a person I feel bad, as a customer felt guilty and embarrassed. I asked her although order was given wrong and it wasn’t my fault, you would better prefer to tossed them in the garbage than giving your customer option to do what they like to do? She excused allergies.I made that order.Staff not trained! Management didn’t know how to handle as simple, common mistakes could occur easily in the food industry. Whole thing took lots of time, effort and bad experience and we didn’t enjoy having those...
Read moreOur Family has been visiting the area for well over 20 years....we always stop at Timmy's during our trips. We have had some pretty memorable moments with the staff over our stays. Today however we visited and had a very bad experience with a employee named A**. She was noticeably not happy at work today, during our order I was giving her every opportunity to have another chance...then she slammed the muffin I ordered down on the counter and I just had to ask myself....does this represent Tim Hortons in the best way? Do I feel good about my experience....No. I was reluctant...to say anything but she finally decided for me. My daughter and I asked her to find someone else to help me. As I no longer felt comfortable with her finishing our order. When the other ladies stepped in, they listened to what experience I just had but didn't seem to understand how we were just treated. A**, I have been in the service industry for over 30 years. And today you made me feel...sorry for being there and that's not good. If your not happy or you need to step away from serving please do so. I have had to do so myself at times and just know bad days are allowed. But taking it out on paying patrons is not the path. I am sorry for what ever your dealing with...but at work your represent the Brand. And today you made our experience memorable for all the wrong reasons. Everyone entering deserves to be treated with respect. And after today...I hope you have a chance to reflect on our experience together and can...

He didn't seem to phathom that there were 2 breakfasts and only one coffee. As I waited, the folks behind me ordered the special that was on their lighted menu board. The girl from the back came running to say it was discontinued. It was still rotating through the menu! They needed to honour that. The couple rolled their eyes, said they'd had it yesterday, and ordered something else. We looked at each other and shook our heads at the ineptness. Down the road I opened my Everything Bagel with herb cream cheese. It was not an Everything bagel, and the only cream cheese on it was a tiny blob on the hole in the middle. A tiny skim of butter on the rest. The coffee was awful. So, Invermere Tim's, I've given you several tries, and have been disappointed every time. Whoever owns this franchise really need to up their game.
Tim Hortons coffee has gone very far downhill. It doesn't taste remotely like it did a few years back.I wouldn't even go there at all except we were given gift cards. The baked goods have also...
