I went here to get a lunch takeout order for the first time and the 2 people working behind the counter were extremely busy with a takeout order that consisted of over 30 plates and drinks and I could see they were rushing to complete that order and they took my order during this rush and they were friendly and the food was great. The only downfall was that there entire salad and other food item counter was practically empty so I didn’t have much choice to choose anything else and could only order the basics. Read moreSuper polite staff. The restaurant is large with space to dine in. We ordered the chicken shawarma plate and chicken shawarma poutine. The chicken unfortunately was very dry and not moist. It was white breast part of the chicken. The fries were made fresh that night for the poutine. It tasted good overall. The chicken was soft and chewy. The salad and garlic sauce was really yummy. This time however i was ordering for someone else and specified that certain condiments should just not get added to the dish in the instructions/note you can write while placing the order. They did not read the note, they added everything in anyways and when i called to ask about it they said they had read the note. If they did not read the note, they lied to me and if they did read it they didn't care about it. If they don't want to respect customer's notes, they shouldn't make it possible...
