My husband and I came here for a quick birthday lunch in the middle of the week, and we really liked it! The atmosphere this restaurant is really nice! It's clean, bright and very minimalistic in decor, but also very aesthetically pleasing. We didn't have any alcohol, however they had a large choice for wine and beers and cocktails. We had arancini (spinach and ricotta) and the parmesan melt for starters. The starters didn't take long and came out hot and delicious. We then had pizzas and also ordered Caesar salads. We ordered a classic Margherita pizza and a speck (prosciutto) pizza. Both pizzas were absolutely delicious. The crust was both thin but also perfectly fired. It arrived hot and the cheese was melted to perfection. The prosciutto had an incredibly smoky taste and the pizza didn't lack for flavor, even though it was white sauce based. The Margherita pizza was a great rendition of a classic pizza and their sauce is so fresh and flavorful. We really enjoyed the food. Their chili oil is also a must-have, it adds so much flavor and a little spice to the pizza. Finally our server was very friendly, we were seated promptly upon arrival and she was definitely present and friendly, often checking in or asking if we needed anything else. Something to note; there is a great table d'hote lunch special ($17 for a salad and a pizza, either Margherita, salami or their pizza of the day). Would highly recommend and would go...
Read moreWe have been to other Pizza No. 900 in Montreal but the Brossard (dix30) location stands out due to the worst customer experience we've had. We came here to celebrate our son's birthday and the hostess that attend to us showed little to no customer service and seemed somewhat distract; it turns out she might have been in a hurry to end her shift. First off we ordered the antipasti for sharing, it comes out of the kitchen with no side plates; when we ask about this we are told they are still being washed! The bottle of wine we ordered was so warm it was as if it was in the sun the whole day. Then comes the meals; we order 3 pizzas and calzone...where to begin?! The pizzas were ALL cold, one was supposed to have figs (Pancetta & Figs) but I could only count 1 fig and the calzone had 3 slices of salami in them. We asked about the desert menu, and once again our hostess said she will check and let us know...she never came back and ended her shift. I was so disappointed that I left a 5% tip and in hindsight I should not have left a tip. What they need to understand is that they are in Dix30, there are so many places to eat and if they are not up to the task they will go out...
Read more06/15/23 Came here on a Thursday afternoon around 4 and the service was quite slow for being only one of two tables there. It's a decent sized restaurant but the table sizes are too small in order to eat properly. I shared a pizza with my father and it was too big for my plate to fit straight on the table that is ridiculous.
As for the food it was good. Not great. We started with the charcuterie and it only offered Prosciutto, speck, vetricina and salami. To be fair it only mentioned meat but it is also fair to assume this will include cheese as from where I'm from charcuterie meant cheese, meat occasionally bread and olives on a platter. This was served with the bread and it was excellent. As for the entree my and my father split a prosciutto pizza. It was good but I've had better especially around here and in Montreal.
Charcuteries:...
