BAD NEW WORKERS! I come at chatime to buy bubble tea at least 2 times a week every week since their opening and until now, I was always satisfied with the old workers. Recently, 2 new girl worker just started working here and they are totally terrible! One of them a taller girl Elana, she gave me the worst customer service. She seem racist and she is just rude. When I came to order, she looked at me and just went away without taking my order. After, instead of giving me a honeydewmilk tea, she gave me a oolong milk tea.. Compared to the old workers that I used to see from the opening of chatime, they used to give me a wonderful customer service always smiling, but this new girl just gave me my bubble tea very rudely and didnt even looked at me she just threw it at me on the counter. The other new girl the smaller one, HER DRINKS ARE JUST TERRIBLE. She made me a Thai milk tea and a matcha milk tea both just tasted like WATER. I never used to have this issue with the old workers. Honestly, if it wasnt for the old worker, I would have given 1 star. The new workers definitely need to be trained more before letting them do my bubble teas. I would NOT recommend you to go order your bubble tea when both of them are working and I am NOT going to come back if I see them. Other than that, if you get a day with the more experienced worker who worked since the opening, this...
Read moreAfter having supper with my friend, we had a really bad sugar craving. We did not want to go to an ice cream place or a cake place, and in Brossard, our choices are a bit limited. We decided to go to Chatime which had a Rolopan inside. I always liked Chatime, although I wouldn’t say that it’s the best bbtea, they have enough flavor to satisfy our craving. I ordered a mango QQ which contains bubbles, jelly and grass jelly, my friend ordered the infamous roasted milke tea. We ordered 3 rolopans, one was banana+strawberry and nutelly, one was with a candy bar and another one with cookies and cream. They were all good, but I feel that it was a bit hard to eat. You really need to lay the crepe out on a plate and you need to use ustencils to cut it out, it is really hard to eat it like a wrap. In terms of the bubble tea, I asked for 30% of sugar..however, it tasted super sweet. I wonder if I should of asked for less..I would go back for the bubble team but I don’t think I will order rolopans again as they are unhealthy! Staff...
Read moreNew bubble tea shop at brossard! Definitely by far the best bubble tea shop I went to. The staff was very nice and enthusiastic and they even took their time to explain the drinks to me. Sadly, I went back 2 weeks after, they hired some new staff that arent as good as the one they had at the opening week...
For the drinks, it tasted like the other chatime or even more delicious since the first batch of staff made the experience so nice! Always my go to bubble tea place! However, some drinks are definitely not meant to be 0% sugar or else it will just taste like water. I oredered 2 taro milk tea one with regular sugar and the other one no sugar, definitely could taste the differance. Be sure to ask what drinks are not meant to have no sugar before choosing a drink of 0% sugar!
Also, the shop has beautiful decors which make your waiting time more pleasant. Later on they will also have tables which will definitely make me come back even more!
I highly recommend this place for sure! I will...
