For a mall, there's a great amount of space which makes it quite comfortable to have a meal. The service at this food court counter was decent. All the workers were polite but they were not that friendly or welcoming. Even though it was nice to see that they were having a good time between themselves, the food was served a bit slower because of that. The food itself was pretty good. My favourite part was the enticing smell of the grilled meat that kept your mouth watering while you were bringing the food to your table. It just makes the meal so much more appetising. The ingredients themselves were quite fresh but the meat was a bit dry. I also think it would be a lot better if there were more meat compared to the amount of carbs. The proportions are too one sided in my opinion. On the other hand, I really enjoyed their potatoes and their sauces that added a nice change in flavours throughout the meal. Great service, the manager is extremely friendly. First time trying Torino, I usually would eat at Poulet Rouge and the chicken here is way tastier and tender compared to poulet rouge. The manager helped me figure out the menu to help me decide what to get. I got a chicken and merguez bowl, the chicken definitely surprised me. Definitely some of the best restaurant chicken I've ever tasted. Very tender (unlike poulet rouge, which sometimes has unchewable parts). Been regularly coming back as a customer for a couple of years now. The food has been consistently good, the portions are generous and the service has always been friendly. Definitely the place to go to if you're a little hungry while visiting the mall!
