Le White Rabbit — Restaurant in Brossard

Went here with a friend after looking at pictures of their delicious looking food and the 4 star rating.

Oof. Their chicken wings are TINY, overcooked and extra ( too extra) crispy. Barely any sauce on the wings. Had to order and extra cup of the home sauce ( I don't mind the extra cost, but it was 1$ for a tiny cup of home sauce and 2$ for a tiny cup filled halfway with blue cheese sauce). Worst wings I've ever had in any restaurant... too bad, they looked SOOOO GOOOOD.

My friends onions soup came warm, not hot. She said the taste was good, but it wouldv'e been better hotter.

The White Rabbit poutine was meh... I barely had 5 bites, the mushrooms were bland and weird tasting while the pork a bit dry. I won't complain about the big portion, as some people will enjoy that, but I wasted 85% of that poutine. It was just not that good.

Waitress was very sweet and kind, but also seemed to lack experience. Forgot to put the garnish on my drink, and when I asked for it, told me "oh, sometimes we have some, sometimes we don't! But I'll go check just in case". She then proceeded on going back to the bar and opened the garnish container sitting on the bar next to the drink expediting place and bring me back the garnish while saying "oh, you're lucky! I found some!". I don't mind if you forget, happens to me... just don't lie about it. When she'd be asked a question she wasn't sure about, she'd invent something, instead of saying "hey, I don't know, I'll go inform myself".

Anyways, waitress sweet but inexperienced, maybe she was new. Staff had their phones in their pockets, were texting on the job ( it just looks bad). Food quality was not what I was epecting at all... I just wish I had gone somewhere else, waste of my time and money.. could have potential though, the decor...

First time dining at Le White Rabbit in Brossard and I can confidently advise that they will not disappoint. The quality of the customer service & experience given by the sweet Waitress, Naomie was exceptional. Always a smile on her face, she serves you with such politeness, elegancy and in a friendly manner that it will definitely make you want to come back! I also had the opportunity tonight to meet with the Owner, Rich. He is welcoming and accommodating. His down to earth approach will definitely make you feel comfortable dining at his restaurant. Both individuals made my experience so much better & convinced me that coming back is a must as I am sure all staff have the same phenomenal qualities as they do!

The food was FANTASTIC. We were dining for 2 and we could not decide what to order as the menu had a great sense of diversity and to be completely honest, everything described on the menu looked amazing. We ended up ordering 2 entrees and 2 main meals & split EVERYTHING amongst each other. Every bite was flavorful and mouth-watering! By the end of our night, we were extremely satisfied with each plate we ordered. Unfortunately for us, we were so full that we did not get to chance to experience their dessert menu, hence why I know a future visit is required!

Last night myself and my old colleague decided to go there. After we place the order 20 -25 mns pass I decided to see what happens, on my way to talk to the sever she had one the plate on her hand witche the main plate them I said how we been forgetting, she said that's my , I said ok but where is the starter she said many time well you can start with that them we bring you your starter after. I said lady since when people eat main course first. She really keep pushing me and walking still with my Ravioli and forcing and saying have it first. Honestly ok she's young not experienced since but that the most hilarious thing i ever heard, since when the client have to be forced and pushing to have the main plate first before our start a bad experience. Mabe be white Rabit is for white folk and what and the chef heard everything. Yes he did say ok.ok. I can make your starter now but what he should said to that young stupid sever he didn't.

By the way folks out there Starter doest eat after the main dish EVEN YOU BLACK W OR A OR LATIN IS...
