Thai Express Restaurant Brossard — Restaurant in Brossard

I am here now and will never come back here again until the attitude and food gets better. I love Thai express and this is my first and last time trying this location. I was bring my aunt to try it she is only visiting Canada. The lady at the front spoke to me as if I should have not been in there. Because I love Thai Express I ordered curry chicken and the lady used her glove hand that she has been using to touch everything to take put the vegetables from the prep area. Didn't say anything cause I know the food will be cooked. Any how they made the curry it smelt spoiled when we started to eat it. We tasted the chicken and found it was spoiled. I took it to the chef and he said he only spoke French before I could have a conversation with him the last at the front returns with her negative attitude to hear what I was saying and then said what is she to do. I said I would like something else she said chicken fry rice I asked if it's the same chicken she said yes so I got the shrimp fried rice. She wanted me to pay 50% of the cost I had to get my calculator and do the math with item price difference. Then the same chef who didn't speak English after putting too much Soya sauce in the rice turned with her and started to laugh after serving me. I should have reviewed this before going as we can see the reviews are all the same behavior. The owners of this location needs to do something about this as they can see with the span of a month there is over 5 complaints of inferiority in the food and lack of customer service which shows lack of value to the customer and their money. ...

Cheap owner, garbage service, never going back!

I bought two meals to go, then when I went to get the hot sauce and peanuts I saw they didn’t have the small cups with lids. I asked the cashier for 4 (2 for each meal) she gives me 3. This already annoyed me. Then I figured I’ll asked the guy who’s making my food for the 4th one, so I did. Then some random worker wearing thai express shirt runs up to me waging his finger telling me I took extra (in his broken English). I asked him if he wants more money, and then I told him I have two meals he shut his mouth and walked away, I screamed behind him asking if he wanted more money but by then he was already embarrassed and didn’t respond. I spent 30$ on two meals and when they had to give me 4 cups for two sauce and 2 peanuts he lost his mind! Cheap owner, garbage service,...

Where to begin... im a big lover of Thaï Express , i always order the same dish evry single time i go to any thaï unfortunately this time i had the worst experience i have ever had eating a General thaï dish .. i have tasted the worst quality of ingredients ever .. The chicken was evrything but NOT chicken ... evry bite i had was chewy and all gelatin... Not enough sauce in the dish .. BARELY few pieces of vegetables.. It shows that the owner is a verry cheap and really not generous in his portions !!
