I’ve been coming to this location since it opened and have always appreciated the service—until today. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The employees were noticeably rude and condescending. When I approached the cashier to place my order, I was told—without any courtesy—that they no longer take orders at the counter and that I had to use the self-serve machine.
I attempted to use the machine, but the option I was looking for simply wasn’t there or so was unable to find it. When I asked for help, I was met with a dismissive “Do you speak French or English?”—as if the issue was a language barrier, when in fact it was a limitation of the machine. I tried to explain this, but was met with indifference. I ended up having to go back spending much more time to scroll through ALL the menu on the machine to try to find what I used to order.
This experience left me feeling like customer care is no longer a priority here. As a long-time business, this was disappointing. Not everyone is comfortable using a self-serve kiosk, and some people simply can’t. Businesses should be flexible and respectful—not forceful or dismissive.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures staff are trained not only in how to make juices but in how to treat customers with respect...

The employee working was not only incredibly slow and disorganized, but also shockingly rude. She blatantly ignored me when I tried to politely check on my order, continuing to make other orders after mine as if I wasn’t even there. When she finally handed me my drink, she didn’t make eye contact, didn’t acknowledge me, and didn’t even call out my order number, just shoved the tea on the counter without a word. Read moreNot as good as it should be. The bubbles were definitely not fresh, they were hard and pasty. Felt like they were left overs bubble from yesterday(we were there at 3pm). The mango chunks in the drink were not ripe (we are currently in mango season) and were too big to pass through the straw. I ordered through the app, but they never took in charge my order even after 10 minutes without any clients. So I had to cancel the app order and order directly there.
