McDonald's — Restaurant in Brossard

NEW UPDATE: Stuff often seems busted here, be it the ice cream machine or the digital menus (either no receipts or not working). Additionally, of you ever wonder why the drive-thru takes a while it's because they're timing it, holding people back, to make sure they hit specific times so they can get their bonuses, even serving people in the parking lot so the timer doesn't go over.

UPDATE: Went again recently and used their app. App was terrible, order was marked as done before I ever got it. I had to keep explaining what my order was again and again. Ordered from my house, drove there, marked that I was there, still had to wait 20 minutes for my order. Advice? Mark that you're there before you ever get there to avoid the waits.

This location has progressively gotten worse in terms of wait times and available items.

Most of the time when I go I wait anywhere from 5-20 minutes for food. The latest time I waited 20 minutes for a order of cookies, was told they were in the oven after 5 minutes, then at around 20 minutes was told they did not have 2/3 of the cookies I ordered so I demanded a refund.

Additionally the electronic ordering system is frequently out of paper so you have to remember your order number when it displays for a short period of time.

Night staff is garbage. Note that I went there at about 12:00 am, there's about 10 people in the restaurant INCLUDING the employees, so this place is not very busy by any means. I used McDonald's mobile order feature to get a Big Mac and still ended up waiting 30+ minutes, with about 7 orders being handed out way before mine, while my order was still at the top of their list. Also made eye contact 3-4 times with the girl working the drivethru and not once did she even stop and wonder why I've been waiting at the counter for the past 20 minutes. I was left completely ignored and am absolutely flabbergasted as to how clueless someone can be.

To top this off, the place was absolutely filthy and disorganized : trays and garbage were left on the tables, huge rolls of receipts being printed out were left on the counters, boxes lying everywhere in the kitchen.

Very unprofessional McDonald's. Hopefully the management wakes up, because the quality of the service that's being offered here is pathetic and...

I ordered two burgers with large poutine with drink my order number was 1178 on the receipt and screen it was a huge line up for order pick wait for 10min my order number suddenly disappeared from screen I went and ask from the person on the counter why my order number got disappeared I haven’t received my order he said once your order on process it’s disappear from screen it’s normal I wait for another 10min my order still not ready everybody was angry for delaying they’re order I called the manager and asked her I’m waiting for 25 min and still my order is not ready I give the order number and receipt she said the order is not in our computer i told the story my number got disappeared and asked from employee she said it’s in process the manager took the receipt and made my order in general it tools 30 min to get my order and it’s not happened only for me it’s also happened for two other customers and gived them wrong order unfortunately I’m not happy form the management and the service of...
