Breakfast Club — Restaurant in Brossard

Unfortunately I don't ever see my self going back to the Breakfast Club on Taschereau again. The only reason I'm giving two starts and not one is because the food was actually good however the service was the worst I have ever received.

To start, my friend and I were greeted at the door by our waitress who handed us menus and told us to go find our seat at the other end of the restaurant. After a solid ten minutes the waitress finally stopped by with a couple of coffees and took our order.

While eating, we didn't see our waitress once to fill our coffee or water and she only stopped by to pick up our plates.

When the time had come around for bills, our waitress put them both together on the edge of the table leaving us to figure out which one is which. We both payed cash and were ready to go somewhat satisfied with our breakfasts.

Now, for the best part. Our waitress returns to the table and asks quite abruptly "Did either of you take my wallet?" We both said no and as she checked her pockets, she realised she had placed it in a different pocket than usual. She then left, leaving her cell phone on the table which I brought back to her.

After that experience I will not be returning to...

Our first time here,

First of all, we showed up at 3pm to have brunch on a friday! Restaurant was empty! Took 30min to serve us breakfast, I ordered a bagel avocado and they served it with COLD boiled egg! Really? Waited 30min for that? The waitress showed up to the table with 1 plate at a time! We're 3 people lol About 2-3min wait between each plate! Got the plates, Missing potatoes and sausage! Now this is after 30min of waiting and empty restaurant My husband had to ask for his toast also that he never got! He got his toast when he almost finished eating his breakfast!

I usually put honey inside my coffee when I asked for a small honey spread they wanted to charge me 1$! All breakfast places put those on the table with peanut butter/jam without charging extra!

Also they charged me almost 3$ extra than the price listed on their menu with the excuse that coffee was not included with my plate but it was included for the other 2 people I was eating with!

Very confusing menu let's just put it that way! Did not say anywhere coffee not included!

With that being said the breakfast itself was OKAY! Would I go...

When we can in everything seemed fine, the personnel was friendly. Upon arriving to our table is when the problems began. The service is terrible. We had to wait for a bustboy to come clean our table only to have a waitress come and place placemats and utensils, only after did the bust boy come and clean the table while we held everything in our lap! As if it wasn't bad enough, we had to ask the waitress multiple time to get us someone to bring down the shades outside to keep us from the sun as it was heating the metal tables making it impossible to lean in. Once we ordered another problem arose... She repeated my drink order twice to make sure I said a large... And came back with a small, after she came back later on I asked if it was a large and she proceeded to tell me it was a small, after I specifically made it clear I wanted a large. Instead of fixing it she brought me a large and charge me for both.

As for the food, nothing is fresh and the hollandaise sauce is the worst I have ever had. It has little disgusting granules in it, almost like it had been left out for a day. I will never be...
