Thé Palmier Glacé is an ICONIC place in Brossard, hands down the best ice cream parlour on the South-shore of Montréal.

This place is just perfectly located. You have a large parking with outside tables. You can bring your dog and sit outside with them. It is very affordable, and the quantity are very large. Bring your appetite most of the time I am unable to finish my dish.

I definitely prefer the ice cream at Palmier Clacé over Chocolato. The ice cream here isn't too sweet and doesnt coat the inside of my mouth with an artificial sugar feeling. Even though there aren't as many types if dip, the milk chocolate dip with vanilla ice cream is everything I need. What I like about the dipped cone here is that the chocolate coating doesnt harden into candy-like texture. It still fells like biting into velvety smooth chocolate. I have been going to this place for a long time and always had no issue despite the fact of its outrageous prices for ice cream. It wasn't until recently that I decided I'm never going back! I ordered an ice cream (rolo) in a small cup, tasted like freezer, so I asked if I can exchange it for something else and pay the difference. Not only did the manager want to charge me full price and not exchange anything but she was incredibly rude with it. I even brought a party of 12 people with me which will never come...
