Oeuf & Cie Dix 30 — Restaurant in Brossard

My wife and I tried this place for the first time and it was a so so experience. We did take out and the wait time took forever and the waitress kept telling us 10 more minutes at least 2 times and 5 more minutes 2 times after we had already waited outside in the hot humid weather for 25 minutes. I could see that the cooks were doing a magnificent job and the plates were coming out beautifully but the service was lacking. I noticed that the smoothie section was a big problem and I ordered 2 smoothies and they were not consistent in taste or quantity. I think they should have one person doing all the smoothies for everyone because each waiter or waitress could serve her clients better that way instead of each one having to make smoothies and Waite for the other to finish making there’s. I’m not going to say I will not be back but there are many better places around. I forgot To mention the food. The plates coming out were beautiful but take out was a different story my sandwich was poorly made and dripping and my wife’s plate with eggs and a parfait were mediocre and her toast were dry and not...

I went to eat there for the first time today and was not only disappointed but disgusted by the service. If you cannot accommodate that many people you shouldn't accept more people. It took over an hour to get our food. I have a 3 year old. So you can just imagine how impatient and hungry she was. The waitress we had hardly came to our table. People who sat after us got their food before. I cannot understand that. We went with some family members and they were so disappointed about the service that they didn't wish to tip the waitress. That being said the owner of the place was looking through the window once I locked eyes on her she gave me the middle finger. I'm 9 months pregnant so when I saw that I lost it. My husband did too. I took a friend there for her birthday. The nasty lady cleaning the tables took the time to walk by to angrily tell us that we would have to move our purses off the chairs next to us if someone came. "Good morning" would've been nicer. My friend asked the waitress if we could move to a booth. When we did, the NL came back and yelled at me "Don't you see that the table hasn't been cleaned!" The mortified waitress quickly came over to clean the table. The last straw for me was when the NL insulted me in front of the waitress by telling her that I was in too much of a rush to wait (Exact words: "La madame ne pouvait pas attendre 2 minutes qu'on nettoie la table!
