Unlike Montréal, the South Shore doesn't have infinite choices when it comes to AYCE sushi. I've tried the few options that we have and I'd say Mitsuki is one of the solid ones.
They don't take reservations so make sure you arrive a little bit earlier, especially on weekends, where it can get packed pretty quickly.
Mitsuki has another location I believe that allows you to bring your own wine... Not the one in dix30! Despite that, this restaurant has a very chill vibe and is never too crowded. I also like that this place lets some space between their tables, unlike other sushi restaurants where they try to pack up as many people as they can.
If you're going there, they have a cheaper option for lunch (around 17$ I believe). The only issue here is that the lunch menu doesn't have dozen of options to choose from, unlike their dinner menu.
As for the food, I've never had any issue with digestion or poisoning or anything like that, neither have a lot of people that have gone with me to this place. I know for a fact a lot of people have trouble digesting after AYCE sushi, so you can trust that this place is neat! Their sushi menu in the evening is very diverse and offers options that I had never heard of before.
The waiters are friendly, the service is quick!
Definitely...

50$ for Saturday night
I've never met a rudest hostess in my life, we waited for almost 10 minutes before being greeted in a very not so nice way, she gave us attitude the entire time. We got seated and she came to drop the paper to scan on our phone and didn't even explain how it works. I think a hostess is one of the most important part of a restaurant. If she works like this everyday there's an issue, she shouldn't be working in a restaurant.
The food itself was good, really liked the forced Nigiris.
We felt like they had trouble cleaning out the empty plates from our table, new good was coming but we still had empty plates sitting on the corner of our table.
We had to ask a few times to get water, since we felt like they weren't really paying attention to customers. Im not sure if this was because they were understaffed.
To conclude would I come back, I won't think so, we came all the way from Laval and there's other better sushi places that we can go too.
Im giving a 2 for the food because it was to our liking but I'm removing 3 stars because of the way we were treated by the hostess. So on 10 I...
Read moreWe have been coming to this restaurant a few times now and it's never consistent. It doesn't matter if there's a lot of people or not, the service is not always the same nor is the quality of the food. The food often comes burnt or not tasting the same everytime, smaller or different servings. Last time we came we had to wait so long because the system wasn't working so we couldn't order (we already waited to get the table) just to get smaller portions than usual and all burnt and overcooked. We waited to get a few things having a hard time catching the eyes of a waiter who then brings the wrong items. What took the cake is the waiter dropping the whole mayo sauce all over us in attempt to get things done fast. The greasy sauce went all over us, our clothes, shoes and our purse, which will stain. To make it right apparently all they could do was give us our sodas for free, as if they don't already overprice their drinks. You would think, for 110$ + $ for 2, the service would be better, the food taste and food quality more consistent. If I decide to treat myself to a more expensive diner I expect the experience to be a lot better than what...
