Boston Pizza — Restaurant in Brossard

I had one of the worst experiences of my life here today. My wife and I went to this restaurant with our little baby. I ordered a simple Putin menu and as I chewed it, a large stone appeared on the menu as shown in the picture. When I told the owner of the restaurant, he came and checked the stone that had come out of the food and confirmed that it was a stone and said sarcastically that it was not my problem. You can go to a dentist and get it treated yourself. When I told him how something like this could have happened and that it caused my tooth to break and that they were responsible, he said it was not my problem and I did not care. When I paid the bill, the waitress asked me to give him a tip. I told her that I broke a tooth because of your food and that I could not give him a tip while I was in pain. She told me that this is a problem between you and my boss. It is not my problem. The tip is my income here and it has nothing to do with me, so you should give me a tip. When I told her that I definitely would not give her a tip, she used derogatory words and left. This is terrible, shameful, humiliating and a huge health risk. I definitely recommend you to go somewhere else except this business because the problems that occurred were without any respect or care for the customers and they unfairly victimized me with their sarcastic attitude by saying you can pay the bill and leave and go and get your tooth treated at the dentist. I went with my family there was 6 adults , 1 child , 1 toddler and 1 baby . There was no customers inside or on the terrace we went at 3 pm . We waited 30 min or more for water which we had to ask for . Finally when he brought the water. We waited for some time to order some drinks .it took about 40 min to receive our drinks . The waiter forgot 2 drinks, and the Belgian moon was flat no bubbles no taste like it wasnt beer .we sent it back .and he didnt offer any thing else to drink so we stayed and driank water . Which I had to get up and serve our selfs the pitcher was where the supplies of condiments are . The fries were salty and not hot like they warmed them up in the microwave. my son in law and I order the new summer special the Cajun Caeser wrap . When we received the wrap it was not what we ordered it was a chicken bacon caeser wrap . The all meat pizza was hot but very salty . All the plates had a small portion of fries . Like they counted them . The service was slow .we ordered entries which took 1 hour and 30 min . And again the place was slow . The waiter was slow on getting what we order . Over all the service was slow the food was not good . Salty and not hot and not what we ordered . The drinks ( beer ) was not good at all . The waiter charged me a Pepsi at 4$ when it was a child Pepsi which came with the kids meal I had to ask him to remove that of my bill . We will all not return . Or recommend this...
