If I could give zero starts, I would. I ordered a Pizza to my work around 5:30 p.m. I had discussed with the nice man who took my order that I was working so therefore was not available to answer my phone or come out front so if they could leave it at the lobby. He agreed. AT 6:00 p.m I received a call saying that my driver was out front and I needed to come out, 1 min after the phone call I stepped outside to find no one there. I called pizza pizza again and they told me that the driver left because I was not outside. 1 minute, 1 minute and the driver left. Once he game back he was at the wrong address and took 25 minutes to cross the street. Once he finally got to my location, he would not give the free pizza, and based on the policy that is on the website it is supposed to be free if not delivered within the guaranteed time. Neither of which were upheld by pizza pizza. After calling customer service and the pizza pizza, they said we had to pay, even after waiting an hour and a half. May I remind you we are literally across the street from their shop. The driver then took of running with our pizza and refused to give us his name and sped away. Worst experience ever! Its too bad really... I was a regular client of Pizza Pizza as my company uses AMEX to purchase catering for our events. Been ordering through customer service and never had an issue with payments or delays. This time around the agent processed my order through the system and sent the order to 3000 boul Rome as it was the closest to my event. Delivery guy got lost 3x and was constantly calling me while I was AT WORK. Finally gets there after more than an hour, pizza was cold! To finally tell me his machine doesnt take AMEX while I had already mentionned many times that I will be paying by Amex. He stayed for 15 mins not knowing what to do and callling his manager. Decided to come back 4 times after for the payment while I was at work. It ruined my whole event, employees were not happy at all.
