those 1 star reviews are definitely fake and trying to give you the wrong impression of this place. I visited the place around 6:30pm on a weekday with my bf and my daughter. we were the only one in the store. We ordered a honeydew milktea and a yuzu drink with boba and 2 egg waffle.

Unfortunately the wait for my yuzu and the waffle was long and the presentation of my drink is the reason to my 4 stars. Instead of cube of ices, staff decided to throw one big round cube shape ice into the yuzu drink and thats make it impossible to shake or stir my drink because the cover was not seal on, they put a lid with a hole on top of it.

But minus the long wait the drink is very good and refreshing too, i will come back another time the store is still new and there’s still time for...

The service is quite amazing. We were greeted with a pleasant smile by the counter waitress as soon as we entered the place and she was quite patient, respectful and eager to help. I also really like how inexpensive it is. It is around 6$ for a small drink and around 8$ for a large drink which is quite a competitive price when comparing to other bubble tea shops. The size is also quite big which was great. Even though the price and the service is great, I feel like the drinks themselves are a bit lacking. The flavours are quite artificial for the fruit drinks and the coffee drinks. It was definitely not the best we had and it just felt like we were drinking powdered drinks...
