A&W Canada — Restaurant in Burlington

We came in late it was about 8 pm. There was a girl serving and a young boy in the back. They were preparing to Close so they were rushing. I understand as the night come to an end, the quality slips a little. But we spent almost $60 here and had to throw out the food. The fries were ice cold, the burgers were slapped together. When handing out our order the girl was not paying attention and put our food on someone else's tray, and then we had an issue because he thought we were taking his food. It was a very long wait for cold fries and rushed burgers. There was no one ahead of us when we first got there so I'm not sure how this place is run, but I would say this is a poor management issue. I will not recommend this...

Brought a coupon for a $9.49 meal deal, and asked to sub the teen burger for a mozza (which is noted as possible on the back of the coupon). The girl at the cash was very confused and had to ask for help. I explained it said on the back of the coupon but she wouldn’t look at it and waited for someone else. The other girl who came out to assist said she wasn’t sure if they could do that - even though I have done this before (even at this location) so once again I noted it says on the back of the coupon. She rang it up and the total came to around $16. I informed them that didn’t make any sense and they insisted repeatedly that was just because of tax. Very frustrating experience so I left instead...

I asked for a bag to pack the to go order in but was told "NO IT WONT FIT" i then said " ok please give me two bags" the server threw them on the counter. The service (attitude of server) last saturday was very rude from a trainee employee no less... called the server out on her behaviour in the most polite way possible ("excuse me that was not very professional") but got even more attitude and raised angry voice (i coulnt undertand what was said as it was in a language i am not versed in),..I used to take my kids there regularly on Sayturdays but never...
