I had the worst experience.. when going to pay for my meal I tapped my card and it said approved the lady working told me that it did not go through and that I had to tap again and when asking her what the Receipt said she simply said it was for another order? So I tapped again and then I went to go look at my bank statement it showed I was charged twice showed her my statement and she went to grab the manager the manager barely did anything and asked if I came twice to order the same meal I said no he basically was implying that I was lying. I never got a refund the manager simply said because on their end they didnt see two charges they couldn’t do anything and told me the second charge on my statement would automatically be refunded to me the next day and to come back if it didn’t? I later ended up calling my bank and they told me I was indeed charged twice and no “refund” would’ve automatically been placed after a day fortunately they were able to give me my money back (the bank) I’ve never felt so awful they basically made me feel like I was lying and the lady was giving me attitude the whole time I work in the mall so on my breaks I always always go there but after this event and how they made me feel I don’t think I’ll...

Not a good experience today. Well several times I’ve ate from this location have sadly all gone bad. I feel cheated thinking this time would be better. Today we ordered 2 chicken filet dinners, both orders the chicken was stone cold. Also purchased an extra chicken souvlaki since we couldn’t eat the filets, and this souvlaki was all pink and raw. Incredibly disappointed with the food and just for the two meals and extra 1 individual souvlaki stick cost us over $45… I feel incredibly ripped off for the food we received. And also shocked that the food we purchased was almost $50. It’s really shocking. On top of it, the staff were not friendly at all. And the food was terrible quality. Super turned off, we won’t be returning to this location again. I would suggest anyone who visits this location triple check the meat they are purchasing along was any salad accompanied with your meal- the salad went right through us because it turned out it went bad. I ordered the gyro dinner to go. While they were packing it, I noticed the gyro pieces looked smaller than usual. When I got home, I realized they had given me the leftover bits from the bottom of the gyro container—along with a generous amount of grease it had been sitting in. This grease had soaked into the salad and rice that came with the meal.

I understand that food court quality can be hit or miss, but this was truly disappointing. I doubt any reputable franchise would be okay with a franchisee damaging their brand by serving food of...
