Burger Factory — Restaurant in Burlington

Mediocre burger, great poutine and good service apart from the guy on the grill who had his mask only covering his chin for the whole 30 mins i was in the restaurant.

The reason I said the burger was mediocre is because it wasn't anything special, especially for the price. The burger itself was on the tougher side and kind of bland tasting. I asked for extra onion and as you can see from the picture I included there is very little, I also thought they forgot cheese but it is just a very thin piece. About half of their toppings cost extra. Their burger is as expensive or even more so than 5 Guys so, i was expecting a lot more from them.

The poutine on the other hand is great, the price was decent the amount was decent but the taste was one of best in the area if not the best. They loaded it up with cheese and gravy. It is the sole reason I am giving them 3 stars.

As everyone knows with the state of the world most people dont want to get the corona virus so, seeing a guy cook at least 20 burgers during my half hour wait not wearing his mask properly is a little concerning. Half of the time it was below his nose, the other half of the time it was below his mouth, all while he was cooking burgers/ talking to the front staff. I was going to upload a picture of it but i didnt want to go that far since I dont have anything against that guy personally. I just hope that someone that works there sees this review and can keep and eye out to make sure everyone is wearing their mask properly especially if they are on the grill.

I thought maybe the food was subpar because of how busy they were yesterday and maybe i was just unlucky. I went there today to get the utility and it was also a disappointment. Not only was the beat full of gristle after i finished eating it i noticed there was a black hair at the bottom of the container. For this i had to lower my score even more, I will not be returning...

Im shocked to see this place has more than one star. The food is good, not amazing. The service is terrible. It’s never busy when I go in there. No hand washing between food prep and cooking! Premium price, you have to pick up your food from the counter. All of that being said, if they played some 50’s 60’s music instead of the way too loud soccer game. Added some ambiance or a theme and quality customer service, this place could replace Licks. There is usually one guy working. He is miserable. Apparently one of the owners. Take your EarPods outs so you can hear people. Here’s the thing, if you aren’t a people person and do not have the personality for sales, get someone in who does. If they had a couple if happy, friendly people behind the counter who smiled and ha banter with the customers, brought your food to the table, we had to wipe down our own grubby table, made it fun, family, I would want to go back with my kids. The guys are unfriendly and you feel like you are unwelcome when you go in. On a Friday at 5pm that place should be starting to fill up. We were tge only ones there. And get Strubs pickles! The pickles are flavour less. The burger patties taste homemade, fresh and are a really nice mix of beef. Low fat too. Guys, come on, you can do so much better. I could go in there and get that place hopping!!! I won’t go back, probably ever. Why bother? Burgers and fries for 2 people $40, I have to wipe my own table and pick up my own food. One of the best burgers I've had in Burlington. I'm glad I recently learnt and tried this restaurant, because before I knew about this location, I had to go to Oakville or Mississauga for a good Burger/Sandwich restaurant. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick.

Food: The food was delicious and satisfying. The burger was not dry and had a perfect amount of sauces without it becoming too messy and dripping everywhere. I felt like I got more than my money's worth. In my opinion, they did not cheap out on portion size, nor amount of toppings and ingredients used. The patty was juicy and felt very quality.

Service: The staff was friendly as you'd expect, but I do wish the cashier smiled and looked more happy to serve you. The restaurant manager came to personally greet me and my family, and made us feel very welcomed. Thank you for doing that, I loved how friendly you were and I'll definitely be coming here more often.

Atmosphere: They definitely nailed the aesthetic they were going for. They have nice cool LEDs all around the interior, and a very nice outdoor patio area.

Food 9/10: Just delicious. It's a little bit basic as in what is used, but it tastes perfect and is juicy.
