Worst experience at a wings up/restaurant EVER. We will never visit this location ever again. Its actually one employee to be specific. We ordered delivery at approx 12:25PM Sunday December 6th, 2020. My order was made incorrectly and the value for money was very poor. Basically just lettuce in a tortilla. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, paid extra for parm and bacon. There was NO parm at all. And i paid extra for sloppy, there was NO sauce on the little 6 pcs of chicken and next to nothing in the wrap. It was basically a lettuce wrap. The only extra he put in it was lettuce lol. I have pictures and i cant post them on here so ill make sure to comment on social media sites too. When i phoned to let them know, the guy instantly was over the top rude, yelled and swore at me, told me that he made the wrap himself and that he put in all the ingredients as ordered. Clearly not. So we drove over to the store completely ruining the whole point of delivery, wasted our time and money. I had even tipped when i paid at the door. My boyfriend went into the store first. Same situation of the employee yelling and being irate, except while yelling and swearing denied he did anything wrong, refused a refund and then proceeded to go to the back where he ignored him. I phoned the wings up south location to see if someone could help us, they told us they are not owned by the same people or managed by the same people but agreed we should be getting a refund. We always go to the south location but couldnt use them for delivery because of the address. I went back into the store to get a refund, the yelling continued. Between the employees irate behavior i just asked to be issued a refund so i could just leave and never deal with this place again. I was then told i couldnt put the transaction back on my MasterCard and he would only give me cash. He continued to lie say hes not apologizing or remaking the order because hes not wrong. We are just so confused what this guy thinks customer service is. He should be fired to be honest. We do not expect to be treated this way over food, Especially food at the prices wings up charges. Do not go to this location on sunday afternoons. Please check your cameras as i know you will see the whole situation...

Horrible. Just gross. Ordered a Xl cauliflower bites and was horrified when I open the box and found about 20 cauliflower chunks dried out stuck to the paper they use to line the box. Ordered them Jamaica hot. They were completely dry....no flavor and no sauce. Did they run out and just to decided to send as is? Definitely not worth the 40 it cost through Uber eats. Steer clear of these rip off artists. I can't stress enough the feeling of disgust this order has caused. Gross disgusting looked like 4 day old leftovers. Shame on Wings Up!! Great wings, our go to for wings. Service is excellent. Lost one star because of the price point. UPDATE: Dec 3rd 2021 I've reduced my previous 5 star rating to a 3 star. Ordered 4 pounds last weekend and the wings were hard, dry and much larger than usual. This location usually has the best wings in town hands down, and they're usually very very good I called the restaurant the same day to give them my feedback.
