Ghost Kitchens — Restaurant in Burlington

I walked in and I looked at the menu and I saw that they had a Chicken Caesar wrap for $9.99. However, this is deceptive because the Chicken Caesar wrap is in fact $14.99. I didn't bother to check out if there were any other inconsistencies with the prices posted and the actual price that you would be charged once hitting checkout. As you know, most people would not speak up for being charged in additional $5 for an item. They would feel pressured at the cash to pay the additional $4.99 perhaps they would not notice or understand at the time that they are being charged an additional amount. I don't appreciate this as a customer and for this reason I would not recommend this restaurant. It shouldn't be my responsibility as a customer to proof whether what's posted as the cost is actually what I would pay in the end. I know for some the fact that they have such a broad menu offering so many different options may be something that you like but I found it...

Ordered the bacon cheeseburger poutine. Was a joke compared to a “real” Smokes Poutine location. Forgot the cheese sauce and “bacon” looked like the $0.10 simulated jar of bacon bits they threw on a couple shakes. If you’re looking for a real Smokes Poutine where they don’t use fake ingredients and are generous with the toppings - this isn’t the location for you. UPDATE: After the owner reached out and offered to make it right, I thought I’d just try ordering again before reaching out. Thankfully this time, the bacon was actually bacon and not bacon bits - but the cheese sauce was completely missing from the CHEESEburger poutine. This is now 0/2 times they’ve got an order correct. Strongly recommend you stay away from delivery orders if you expect to get your order correct. Extremely disappointing after the owner comments about striving to be better. Nope - still the same. My girlfriend took me here after work! It is a cool concept that I am happy to see here in the Halton region!

I had the Mr. Beast burger and my girlfriend had a smokies pulled pork poutine. I don’t watch Mr beast but I was aware of the burger. I am thankful to this place for giving me a chance to try it!

The whole restaurant space is very modern with some cool, giant ordering screens. And the dining area was super clean and welcoming. The staff brought the food to our table, and asked us a few times how we enjoyed our meal!

We plan to come back and try something else from the diverse menu! I recommend this to anyone in the area. It’s for sure a cooler Walmart restaurant than just...
