Gongcha — Restaurant in Burlington

Relatively new to bubble tea, but otherwise a 24 hour tea drinker

Of all bubble tea places to set-up shop, especially right here. I'm glad it's Gong Cha.

Made even better especially by the friendly, helpful and even social staff. The pleasant atmosphere they add to their clean establishment is the reason why you'll go to this location in particular.

Great and many menu options. hot or cold, less or more sugar, caffeine or none, they even have more than just drinks too. Appealing not to just those with certain dietary requirements, and tastes, but to those who like to enjoy the same thing in different ways.

Personal Recommendation: People probably think of bubble tea being a cold drink, but seriously try it hot, especially this winter, your in for a treat.

BAD experience! Never come there again! The sign at the entrance says Students get 10% discount with valid student ID. We presented student id, but been told that it is on weekdays only. The sign does not say that, and we asked for discount. The cashier guy was not nice to us at all, but lady said that only kids can get the discount. Then this guy changed some channels/pages on the monitor and showed about student discounts not very clear explained. But it was not there when we placed the order. Still the sign at the entrance does not say anything about that. Other signes show expiration dates or any restrictions but not the students discount one.

We just left with very bad feelings about this place. 5 mins driving from this place, found a great bubble tea shop, great product and even cheaper!

Do not waste your money at...

I regularly visit this family-run branch and always have the most delightful experience! The drinks here are absolutely delicious, prepared with a perfect blend of flavours that tantalize your taste buds. What sets this place apart is their genuine care for their customers. They put extraordinary effort into crafting each drink, ensuring it's nothing short of the best.

The friendly service provided by the staff made my visit even more enjoyable. They create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
