WoW Indian Kitchen Cuisine — Restaurant in Burlington

It was a wrost dining experience ever, not only in Canada but in my entire life. From the start the gestures of the girl was very disappointing. Though we went ahead and ordered the paneer tikka masala, paneer makhani and some garlic naans. She wasn't even able to understand basic first thing, soup. She wasted 4-5 minutes just on that and at last she said they don't have any soups in the menu. We ignored her all the bad behaviour. Afterwards, instead of paneer tikka masala they sent us CHICKEN. We all were pure vegetarian and and we asked about it she said that she is not sure about that if it's chicken or not. Afterwords she just said sorry with her chef and nothing else.Moreover, she said it's because we are busy!!!! And there was only 2 people besides us and no one else. After providing us correct order she came just after 5 mins, she came for asking for more orders and said kitchen is closing in 2 mins. We ignored that as well but, after that she just showed up again and gave us pos system and said pay now in advance and her tone as she was ordering us not requesting!!!. She never asked like if we are okay, we done eating, nothing else!!!!! As we just had started eating all our hands were dirty. That's the worst experience ever that I had. It was not about getting wrong order, it happens. But the customer service that we got in returns was worst. That's all guys, now it's up to you if you wanna visit...

AVOID this restaurant. My experience is as follows: FOOD POISONING. When I called to discuss the fact several of my guests became sick only after eating here, the owners daughter hung up the phone on me.

I was not swearing, my voice was not raised, I was calm and I only wanted to discuss the issue at hand. I understand these things can happen. I was not being unreasonable.

One of my guests is a 7 year old child who required medical attention the following day.

I will never be ordering from here again.

The following is not because I'm angry, I'm over it, but based on fact - the food is overpriced and portion sizes too small. Quality was so-so (I'm South Asian, familiar with the food).

It's not a good thing your restaurant became a topic of discussion on a personal chat group with over 40 members, majority of them from Halton region.

This restaurant has lost a lot of customers, not just myself.

A review of Google's reviews tells me this restaurant has a lot of friends and family posting fake reviews as well.

We ordered food from here on August 22nd, 2019, and promptly regretted it. We ordered 1) lamb RoganJosh (spicy), 2) onion bhaji, and a 3) naan came with it.

1. The lamb didn't not taste like lamb, more like beef, it wasn't spicy, this restaurant does what a lot of other Indian restaurants do, add chilli to their curry to make it spicier, except they didn't cook the chilli properly so all you could taste was the uncooked red chilli which was disgusting, the whole meal was just bad, I can't even call it RoganJosh because the flavours weren't there at all.

2. the batter for the onion bhaji was good, and that about it, their onions for the bhaji were stringy, chewey, a lot like string, wasn't really that good.

3. naan, probably the worst of it all, tough super tough, it was more like a hard pita that was put into a microwave hoping it would get soft.

Overall disappointing experience, I was hoping for better food especially with the high rating which is why we went here, but I would never come back here or recommend them to anyone else, especially due to the fact that I can't call this "authentic" Indian food. Or really anywhere there off.
