This place is such a hidden gem! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and hospitality. It’s a true family-run restaurant where they put so much care into both the food and the service.

The dishes are absolutely delicious and taste just like a home-cooked Korean meal — full of flavor, generous portions, and made fresh. You can tell they use quality ingredients and take pride in every plate that leaves the kitchen.

The owners are some of the kindest people you’ll meet. They check in on you, explain the menu if you’re new to Korean food, and always make you feel welcome like you’re part of their family. Even small touches — like refilling side dishes without you asking — show how much they care about your experience.

Whether you’re coming in for a comforting bowl of soup, crispy fried chicken, or a sizzling hot stone bibimbap, you’ll leave happy and full. I’ve been to many Korean restaurants in the city, but this one has the heart, quality, and authenticity that’s hard to find.

If you are looking for a little hidden gem, look no further. BAB in Burlington (tucked in right beside Longos on Hwy 5) was one of the most amazing meals I have ever had. We stumbled upon it while driving around looking for somewhere to eat. We started with the chicken dumplings (not pictured) and the sweet and spicy fried chicken (definitely more sweet than spicy if you're into that - you also have the option for sauce on the side). They also give you 4 little dishes that have pickled cabbage, kimchi, fish cakes and spicy cucumber. For our mains we had the spicy chicken bibimbab and the Dduk ramen. They were BUBBLING hot!!! Every single plate/bowl/dish that went by was piping piping hot! If you're like me and you hate when food is not hot - you will NOT have that problem here! The servers were so friendly and informative and happily answered questions about the menu (and the 10 times we asked them "what's that?" As something went by 😂) Highly highly recommend this place!!! 100/10. Can't say enough good things...

OMG this place is incredible, if you haven’t tried it, you need too. My boyfriend and I were out shopping and happened to come across it. Our server, Richard, was friendly, genuine and very helpful. The menu had a lot of things we didn’t recognize and he was very patient with helping us figure out what we wanted and answering any questions we had. The service was 10/10 !!

The food was INCREDIBLE we got the BAB chicken app to start which was so yummy, not greasy and cooked to perfection. The best friend chicken I’ve ever had !

For our mains we got Dduk ManduGuk which was so yummy and had slices of rice cake and dumpling, I love the texture of the rice cake and the soup itself was sooo good. We also got the Bulgogi hot plate which was so yummy, we got it covered in cheese, it was very fresh tasting and super flavourful.
