Peach Coffee left a mixed impression. The coffee itself was okay—neither bad nor great—but a bit on the bitter side for my taste. One thing I appreciated was the design of their cups, which are quite nice, and the writing on the lid adds a thoughtful touch.

Unfortunately, the lid design falls short. It doesn’t form a proper seal, causing leaks from the front. This ruined my clothes and made for an unpleasant experience.

The sweets were disappointing as well. They had a hard shell, which isn’t typical compared to the softer options I’ve had at other coffee shops. While I understand they are made overnight, that doesn’t justify the overly hard texture. When I raised this with the staff, they were defensive instead of offering an apology, an exchange, or even an alternative. Even if it was a matter of differing opinions, better handling of the situation would have left a better impression.

Overall, I didn’t enjoy my visit and don’t see myself coming back. The atmosphere seems geared more towards students, which might explain its popularity, but it didn’t meet my expectations for...

Stopped by for a Flat White & a London Fog, definitely will be back.

Pros: Staff are friendly, approachable & personable Coffee quality is excellent London Fog was made perfectly Drinks were made quickly Staff were able to hold a conversation while preparing my drinks They write wholesome notes on their lids (changes depending on season) Went in having an ok day left having a great day

Cons: Prices are a bit high (but I would say the quality is worth it)

My Experience: I've walked by this place more than once during my walks and every time I would tell myself next time I'd stop in. When I stopped by to order a London Fog & Flat White, the staff greeted me with a smile and asking how my days going. The staff were polite, approachable and were able to hold a conversation while making my drinks. I'm now kicking myself for not stopping by sooner. I'll be back to try your bake goods the next time I stop by. Definitely would recommend. The 2 ladies who were working on April 17th did a great job, Manager please...

Hi business owner, today I had a bad experience for our orders of three drinks. The orders were not served is the right orders, the person behind us got his coffee and left, and while we were still waiting for the rest of our drinks the barista was making a Matcha drink for someone else who was after us. When I brought this to the attention of the girl behind the cash she explained that they are doing their best and "the orders does NOT work like that". I responded that I do understand if they are busy and I have patience for waiting but what I do not understand is why the orders are not served in the right orders, she again reply that "it does not work like that!". So dear business owner, As a customer I do not accept this because the drinks orders should be handled in the order. As simple as that. As a person who is a coffee & cafe enthusiastic, and has been discovering the cafe culture around the world, I left your shop dissatisfied. However I think this could turned to a better experience if simply the staff would...

I’m so happy peach opened up in Burlington! Coming from Toronto and Hamilton, this was needed in Burlington, especially in the neighbourhood. What an adorable, cozy and delicious coffee shop! Love the vibe and that there’s lots of seating. You can just have your drink quickly or stay and get some work done or relax in their cozy shop. The baristas seem to know what they’re doing because my cappuccino was so delicious. Unlike one of the other 3rd wave/indie cafes in Burlington, these baristas were very friendly, happy to chat with customers and seemed like the actually enjoyed crafting delicious drinks for folks! If this was closer to home or work for me I’d be a regular. For now I guess I’ll go as much as I can when I’m in the area!
