Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Burlington

I started coming here on my commute maybe 6 months ago, service and food was great. In the past two months I've noticed a change in quality and service. First bad experience was waiting in line inside. I waited a few minutes to get my order in which was fine but then I watched the ticker on their screen show my order count up to 7 minutes for a coffee and BELT. After the 7 minutes the girl making the sandwich said "sorry we have no lettuce or tomatoes, is it okay if I just add extra bacon? At this point I said whatever because I was running late. Since then, in the past couple weeks I've gone through the drive thru and ordered a BELT, both times I've opened the sandwich, NO LETTUCE OR TOMATOES! WHATS THE DEAL WITH THIS LETTUCE AND TOMATO SHORTAGE?! I won't be going back... until I do at which point I'll surely be...

From my experiences, this is the best Tim Hortons location in terms of employees and service. This location has employees who are competent, friendly and accurate with orders and its rare to see these days at a Tim Hortons. No store is perfect but this team is consistently good.

I've been to many locations all over the GTA over 3+ decades, namely in Burlington, and have seen a slow decline in customer service at locations everywhere but not at this location. This location has employees who know their job and do it.

I have no friends or family at this location, just a shout out because I see the difference at this store compared to most others. Its good hiring with a great crew...

I walked into this store this morning at 6:45am before work. I stood there and was not acknowledged. I waited five minutes for someone to at least greet me. There were two guys working and they both ignored me. One guy came past me and got a donut for the drive through and didn’t say anything and went back to the side. When I arrived they were giving two guys who came though the back door coffees. There was no one else in the place waiting to order but myself. This was very rude and disappointing and I will never go here again. I would not recommend anyone go here either with this lack of service. Tim Hortons should be ashamed of these people they hired...
