Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Burlington

I would give a ZERO star but that is not an option!! terrible service. placed an order at 6:42pm says to be delivered by 7:22pm. it is now 8:05pm and it JUST showed up.. so not only delivery within 40 minutes, it is 40 minutes PAST the delivery time!! call this store on Appleby Line & Dundas and it rings then goes busy. 2 people come on the phone stating they are a manager... then tell me they are not. told my order left 20 minutes ago and will be there in 15 minutes, that make my order out on the road for 35 minutes. so it was made and sent out 5 minutes after I placed the order? called PH customer service and they could not offer any help cause we ordered ONLINE. if you like PizzaHut my suggestion is to order and pick up... it is too bad you HAVE to use a specific store when getting delivery, cause this store at 3247 Appleby Line is HORRIBLE for customer service. oh and I know you will think and ask.. NO the food was not hot at all.....pizza mildly warm, cheese bread...

These guys only got an extra star from because they offered to remake the pizza. I order two pizzas from this place one large pizza and one medium. both pizzas were not cut properly which we only found out after we pulled it apart to have oddly torn pieces of pizza.

I called them right away once the pizza started falling apart which they offered to replace the pizza for me even though I told him it happened with both.

The guy on the phone was pretty nice hence the extra star. When I showed up there the girl at the counter was much less than friendly. In fact she didn't really care.

I definitely do not recommend this establishment dough pizza hut has been around for a long time, I have lost...

First of all I was so pleased when I saw a pizza hut opening near my house. On a Tuesday night I placed my order at 7:10pm and I was told that delivery will take 90 minutes. Well not a problem since a have a taste on for thier pizza. So 90 minutes does pass and I call at 8:45pm to inquire the status of my order. The guy who answers the store phone tells my that they close at 8pm and that they ran out of dough . He proceeds to throw the pizza hut call centre under the bus by saying they should not of placed my order as they close at 8pm, hense I called at 7:10 to place my order. I can't Believe no one called to tell me this and the fact they took no responsibility when I called back. I'm done with pizza hut for poor business ethics. I went back to my go to pizza place and got my delivery in 35 minutes...
